Bringing Surraya to life has allowed Natalie to combine the best of her professional talents with her creative desires to execute remarkable events. An avid traveler her whole life, Natalie is inspired by raw materials, unique patterns and locations around the world. Natalie’s signature style draws from organic elements and an energetic mood to create unforgettable evenings.

Terrible experience. The wedding planner was disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Missed deadlines, ignored our preferences, and caused unnecessary stress. Vendors weren’t confirmed, the timeline was a mess, and key details were forgotten. Communication was poor throughout. This planner ruined what should’ve been a joyful process. Absolutely would not recommend—save yourself the headache and find someone competent.
Terrible and HATEFUL people working there
I would not recommend Surraya Event Planning Design to any couple planning their wedding. Their communication style was terrible - they were unresponsive and failed to address our concerns in a timely manner. The quality of their work and overall value was nasty, as they contributed nothing to making our special day memorable. The awful, terrible people working there made the entire planning process a nightmare. I would encourage all couples to steer clear of this wedding planning company.

Honestly, I gave this company a chance even though many other reviews warned me not to. Please do not listen to the good reviews. Perhaps they used to do a satisfactory job but I suspect something has changed in the company since the time those were written, and I’m sorry to say we had an shockingly bad experience with Surraya Events in summer of 2025. Once they got our money, it was radio silence. You could simply not get these people to respond - sometimes it would take weeks to get back to us. Not only that, nearly half of what we had talked about for the event itself did not arrive or go on display as advertised. Despite this, they would not issue a refund. I suspect they will likely be closing their doors soon. Please do not put your event in the hands of these people. I won’t say using Surraya completely ruined our big day, but it certainly made it far worse.
