    If you’re looking for the BEST wedding coordinator in all of VA, look no further than with Detail Signature! Kellie came into the picture when I booked with DJ Signature and added on a wedding coordinator. I knew from our first zoom meeting with her and Brandon that she was the perfect match for me! I am not always the easiest to work with and a massive control freak but Kellie made giving that control over a breeze. I would email her throughout the year with little things I needed advice or help with and she would as there every step of the way. As we got closer to the wedding we had multiple 1 hour video sessions where she saw every side of me and helped keep my mind at ease. Every concern or worry I had she took the time to listen and make sure we had a plan for whatever happened. I always looked forward to our meetings as it was like two friends getting to catch up and share jokes. Part of her set up is a weekend wedding guide and seating chart. I cannot tell you how many times I changed things in this guide but Kellie never complained and always made updates in a timely manner. Not to mention she reached out to all my vendors and the owners of venue to communicate everything from contracts to arrival times. That alone lifted a huge weight off my shoulders as my anxiety started to go crazy in crunch time but Kellie made sure everything was squared away. The day before the wedding Kellie came to the venue and within 2 hours we had all the tables and decor done. We walked through the venue and made sure everything was taken care of and ready to go. We went through our rehearsal and she made it feel flawless. She had everyone in line and ready to walk at the correct times. On our actual wedding day we had Kellie and Abbie there to answer all the questions. When I say this was a BLESSING I 100% mean it. I was so overstimulated and anxious while trying to make sure things were ready to go that when someone would yell for me or ask questions, I would literally just yell for one of them and they would take care of whatever was being asked about. They both made sure when I asked for private time I was able to escape and had snacks and water. When it was time to clean up and go, Kellie literally shooed us out and said they got the clean up taken care of. Honestly, it was hard to say goodbye and there will never be enough words to thank her for making our wedding an absolute dream. If you want the best of the best for a wedding coordinator, you’ve found it with Signature Details and her team!

    I cannot begin to express how amazing Kellie and Brandon were to work with! We met them at the Richmond Wedding Expo and were so glad we did, I cannot imagine my wedding without them. Kellie dealt with my millions of questions, specific requests, and ensured that my wedding went smoothly and had all the personal touches and details that I had dreamed of. She was so easy to talk to, always prepared with the next steps we needed to discuss, and helped reach out to my other vendors to ensure everyone was on task and had everything we needed for the day. Brandon was also amazing, working with my request to have family play us down the aisle, keeping the party going throughout the night, and generally ensuring all the events and announcements occurred on time. We loved his energy and appreciated him working with everyone’s very different music taste to find a perfect blend! We did the Signed, Sealed & Delivered Package and were so glad we did. Everyone loved the photobooth and the sparkler exit, but as mentioned, the “Day One” wedding coordination was invaluable, I genuinely do not know how we could have pulled off a wedding without these two! If you are looking for an amazing team who will ensure that your wedding is exactly what you dreamed of, that will allow you to spend your wedding day focused on your new spouse rather than worrying about details, and who will ensure your vendors come together as a team to make your day magical, then Signature Details/DJs are the people for you.     I recently had the pleasure of working with Kellie, who truly went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she was a master of her work and had a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and we HAD to work with her. During the planning stages, Kellie's attentiveness and helpfulness were outstanding. She regularly checked in with us to ensure that all the details were in place and that our vision for the wedding was being brought to life. Kellie provided us with an abundance of planning resources, from vendor recommendations to an incredible Excel doc with every planning resource you could need (we’re talking budget sheets, guest list tracker, packing lists, day-of timelines, etc), which made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. For every question or concern I had, Kellie had an answer. On the day of the wedding, I am speechless for how smoothly Kellie ran the show. From start to finish, her ability to juggle multiple tasks (and people) while remaining calm and composed was truly remarkable. We were able to relax and enjoy our day knowing that Kellie had everything under control. What struck us the most about Kellie was her kind and caring nature. She genuinely cared about us as a couple and went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. She took the time to understand our vision and priorities, and her dedication to making our dreams come true was evident in every aspect of the wedding. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism were second to none. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that every element of the wedding was executed flawlessly.
