Based in Central Alabama, we travel throughout the state to support our couples wherever their celebration takes place. We offer month-of wedding coordination as well as partial planning services for couples who need extra guidance along the way. From managing final details and timelines to ensuring everything runs smoothly on the big day, we handle the logistics so you can focus on celebrating. We love all things weddings—and nothing makes us happier than seeing our couples smiling at the end of the night.

Our Month-Of Coordination ( Day of Coordinator) package is designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and want a professional coordinator to take over in the final weeks. We ensure all details are confirmed, timelines are perfected, and your wedding day unfolds seamlessly—so you can relax and fully enjoy every moment.

    We would have been lost without Val and her team! When I started wedding planning I was so overwhelmed and didn’t know much about coordinators. As soon as I talked with Valerie, I knew we needed her for our wedding!! She is so sweet and accommodating, she has the best ideas, and she helped our day run so smoothly. We were so impressed with her diligence and commitment. My husband kept saying she needs to run for congress lol. If you are considering hiring Val, DO IT!!!! I promise you will be glad you did! We definitely were!
