    Lindsey was friendly, organized, and incredibly helpful throughout the ceremony and reception. As a vendor, I was impressed by her meticulous, detail-oriented approach to ensure every aspect of the wedding ran smoothly. Lindsey genuinely cared for the couple and went above and beyond to make sure they had the best wedding day possible. She was happy to coordinate with all the vendors, keeping the event on schedule despite her many responsibilities. I would highly recommend Lindsey to any couple planning their special day!

    Lindsey was honestly such a breath of fresh air when we initially spoke and I was so excited to have her be part of our special day because I knew how helpful she would be. But as we got closer I realized she was the biggest mistake we made on our wedding day and I regret hiring her and would not recommend her. As we got closer I would text her and she would not respond until I would text her again the next day, when we would talk on the phone it would be hard to hear her since her kids were screaming in the background, and she would say things like “I know this is unprofessional.” The week of my wedding I still hadn’t known what my timeline was and she even said “I take responsibility for that” but then never did anything about it. The week of my wedding until I brought it up to her one of my vendors still had never heard from her, but she also took responsibility for that as well and I understood. But when we finally spoke on the phone the week of the wedding instead of hyping me up she was talking about how a client of hers was complaining to her so much she has to block her number. I just shook it all off not thinking much of it, but I really knew it was a bad call when she arrived to our rehearsal and seemed like she had 0 idea what she was doing and it carried over to our wedding day. I had SEVERAL vendors complain about her being rude and not knowing what was going on. My family and bridal party had to set almost EVERYTHING up for our ceremony and reception because she never gave us a plan. I genuinely had no idea what was going because she never gave me a plan, but I also believe she didn’t know what was going on either since she was asking the bridal party what the timeline was on our wedding day. I gave her my matron of honors number for the day of the wedding to contact so she wouldn’t have to contact me and after I left the wedding she called me and not her telling me she would be leaving all of our decor on the porch outside of our venue. I have recommended her before, but I will never do that again. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HER. Our only saving Grace was how amazing our other vendors and families were to help pick up where she was slacking.
