The dreamy lighting and groundskeeping accent the Neo-Classical details of the Manor House built in the early 1900s, providing a magical ambiance. Bent Oaks Manor provided an exceptional experience for our client's wedding. Their communication style was excellent - they were responsive, organized, and ensured every detail was taken care of. The venue itself is clean, updated, and charming, offering so much more than a typical wedding space. They had the entire property for the weekend, which made it feel like a home away from home for our client's and their guests. There was plenty for our guests to explore and enjoy on the grounds. The team at Bent Oaks Manor went above and beyond to have everything ready early and ensure our clients were well taken care of throughout the entire wedding day. We highly recommend this wonderful venue for any couple looking to create a memorable and comfortable wedding experience for themselves and their guests.

This venue is not your traditional wedding venue and I love it! It has a lot character but you can really make the space your own when decorating. Great outdoor space and a cozy indoor space. Love how they have lodging on the property and it's close to downtown so the after party is a quick ride away.

Friday to Sunday Exclusive Access to the property, tables and chairs, getting ready spaces, accommodations, indoor & outdoor spaces.

Smaller, indoor only events can utilize our driveway and on-site parking, in addition to our partnership with our neighbors parking lots during the designated times given to us. Events that are outdoor may utilize street parking and our neighboring parking lots during the designated times given to us.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp at the back entrance and ADA restroom on the first floor.

You have a 48 hour rental timeframe. Additional hours are available at $100/hr, as well as additional daily rental rates at $1,000/day.

Our venue is 3.4 miles from Roanoke Regional Airport. You can drive or call a ride share to get you here if needed. It is roughly an 11 minute drive.

Yes, you are required to obtain General Liability Insurance. If you are serving alcohol, Host Liquor Liability must be added as well.

This is currently an add-on feature. If you are interested in our team providing this we can provide this for an additional $500.

While we highly recommend everyone get a Full Wedding Planner, we only require a minimum wedding day planner. They must be a licensed and insured business. If they have not been to our venue before, we do require proof of insurance and they must review our venue guidelines prior to gaining approval to work onsite. We highly recommend they schedule a venue tour prior to your wedding day to ensure they are comfortable and familiar with our layout.
