Blue Mountain’s Platinum Wedding Package includes a 5-hour reception, 4.5-hour open bar, cocktail hour, Blue Mountain Wedding Cake, and a course add-on. Choose six hors d’oeuvres, one salad course, three entrees, and one cocktail station, late-night snack, or dessert display. Per Person Cost is all-inclusive and prices change yearly.

Silver Wedding Package

Lack of Professionalism
I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could. I visited Blue Mountain Resort 2 years before my wedding date. At the time of my visit I was told that I can plan my wedding with their party package (a la carte) instead of the full wedding package, which was perfect for me. Along with that I was told that I was the only wedding for my date and that I would have first choice for the bridal suite at no charge. A month later I finally received my contract with Blue Mountain after a few calls asking for it. To my surprise on my contract the bridal suite was there for a 250 fee not a no charge, along with a 500 room fee and 150 for bartender fee which I was unaware of. I was concerned at that point and questioned it and was told that they could not allow the bridal suite at no charge as originally mentioned cause I was not taking the wedding package and that the other charges were normal charges, but that if I added more people to my guest list that perhaps I might get the bridal suite at no charge. Since I knew that the party package I choose was a great deal at a beautiful place, I accept the terms on the contract so we all signed. I was given 6 months to pay the deposit which was fantastic, plus a discount on the deposit amount, boy was I happy. When signing the contract, I put down 700 and it took a while before getting my receipt after a few calls. A month later, I put down 300, never got my receipt. When I called to complete my deposit and made it known that I will be adding an additional 20 people to my guest list and asked if at this point would I get the bridal suite at no charge as originally planned. To my surprise I was told that the bridal suite was not available to me, cause another bride on the same day has paid 1200 for both bridal suite and groom suite. I was in shock and stated how can you do this, the bridal suite is on my contract. How can you change the contract and no one had the decency to let me know. Now, I could not put down the balance of the deposit, I need time to think about what just happened, how can I trust Blue Mountain to honor a contract if they can change it to their benefit, but I can not. That night my daughter sent Blue Mountain a professional email without mentioning anyones name, just stating that this situation needed to be corrected and that they should honor the contract. Next morning I received a phone call from the person I was dealing with and stated "your daughter tried to make me look stupid but she didn't", this blew my mind. Then stated that they will give my back the bridal suite with a new contract, I said " No I don't want it" I can not trust your words nor contract. It appears that you can change a contract but I have to honor it. I would just like my 1000 refunded since you originally broke the contract by giving away the bridal suite that was on our contract, the reply was NO, you are breaking the contract since we are willing to give the bridal suite back to you. I'm still 1 and a half years away from my wedding date and they refuse to refund my deposit.
June 2024 Wedding Review
What an amazing venue! From the moment we toured and signed our contract, to the day after our wedding when we picked everything up (that was nearly packed for us), this place was seriously the best! Mollie and Alana were so great to work with the year leading up to our wedding, always available to answer questions and bounce ideas off of. Emily, our DOC, was truly AMAZING! She was so attentive to not only our entire wedding day and party, but to my husband and I. Any time I turned around she was right there ready to do whatever I asked. The ceremony summit terrace and the cocktail hour courtyard are both beautiful and intimate while also providing plenty of space. The food and service was excellent. The wedding staff will truly make any vision come to life for your wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue that truly provided everything we needed and wanted and gave us the perfect wedding! 10/10 highly recommend!!!
