    Where to start off, first my Fiancée and I just got married at CRC on 11.10.25 , we want to thank ALL the CRC Staff that came together on our behalf and behind the scenes. To our coordinators Tracey and Tobie for going above and beyond for us. Also to Alex our florist, our beautiful florals and every other staff member who made this day unforgettable. Tracey is well organized and to say she is more than capable is an understatement. Anything we needed, was taken care of. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Any issues there may have been, I didn’t even know about and if I found out later it was already resolved with another solution. They truly took care of us at CRC. I can honestly say Tracey, Tobie, and every staff member went above and beyond for us! We are truly overwhelmed with the details, the time, and dedication everyone gave to us that day. It was perfect in every aspect . The food was amazing through their direct caterers, both James and Lorena at Redtail catering took such great care of us and all our guests. We felt the love and support from every angle with the CRC family. Tracey captivated every moment and detail that we asked for with her talented creativity, her transparency, & seasoned experience. Since day one we almost immediately fell in love with the property & knew that we could trust Tracey with this important task of helping us plan our special day. . . A beautiful ranch , in wine country during fall what more could a bride and groom ask for? If you are searching for the perfect Temecula venue look no more.     Oh I can’t say enough about this venue! Tracey helped create the most magical day for us! We got engaged in June and wanted to get married before end of year. Most people thought we were crazy but not Tracey. She rolled up her sleeves and made it happen. She gave us the list of vendors who were perfect and helped create the best day. The day of the wedding was so relaxing and joyful all because of her. We were able to be present with friends and family because she took care of everything!

    Our experience at CRC Ranch was absolutely amazing! We opted for a two-venue setup, with our ceremony at the Villa Overlook and the reception in the Barn. Tracey played a crucial role in making this possible. Her assistance in finding fantastic vendors like our photo/video team, cake vendor, florist, and stylist was invaluable. From the planning stages right through to the rehearsal, and especially on the day of the wedding, Tracey was a tremendous help. She truly made everything less stressful for me as a bride, allowing us to focus on enjoying the day. The venue itself was ideal, and having the Airbnb on-site made things so much easier for everyone involved. The staff, including the bartenders and servers, were exceptional. A memorable moment was when my husband forgot his sneakers for the grand entrance; one of the staff members, who was driving a golf cart, kindly offered to go pick them up for him. That kind of support went a long way! Overall, CRC Ranch exceeded our expectations. Everyone involved made our day smoother, more fun, and everything we dreamed of. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue!

    Hello Temecula Valley what an awesome experience if you’re planning on getting married in this area anytime soon we highly recommend this place not only is the staff amazing but they will make you feel like family. After you book this venue they will invite you to come and walk the property as much as you want, even indulge yourself with a couple beers while you’re enjoying the scenery. Whether it’s talking to staff, the owner, or just enjoying the property this is an amazing experience we highly recommend. Tracey and Leslie are an excellent team and truly help make the entire process an incredible experience. We can’t thank them enough for all they did for us.
