DCH is a historic house nestled in the town of Dedham. This is a great location for your small and intimate wedding/shower/special event. Bring your caterer/linens/decorations. We provide the tables and chairs. If alcohol is being served, you must hire our insured/TIPS certified bar service Cocktails, LLC. Come see what makes us special.

Haven Hall

When you hold your event at DCH you will be the only event at the house.

This space features nearly 1500 square foot indoor rooms and 760 square foot of outdoor porch space. Period chandeliers and two carved fireplaces (non working). ADA compliant bathroom and access to lift from back parking lot to the first floor only. Access to small kitchen.

650.00 for 6 hours *includes your set up and clean up time + 250.00 security deposit. All rooms in the house are included in the rental. You will be the only event in the house.

    There are so many positive reasons to hold your special event here. Bettie and the staff are friendly and extremely easy to work with. As a historic home, it is full of charm. We hosted a group of 60 for a bridal shower. Many commented how unique and special the day was!

    I highly recommend this space for your party, it's lovely, needed little additional decor and if you use the space correctly can offer lots of options for your guests, a quiet room for eating, outdoors, yard space for games, dance floor, etc! And the Event Manager is amazing to work with and very helpful!

    The DCH staff was so helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The Lincoln room and the porch were perfect for drinks and appetizers. The ball room seated our 40 guests beautifully. Everyone delighted with the ease of parking! Thank you, DCH!
