About this venue
We are a secret botanical garden space in the heart of hip King William, just minutes from downtown. We have a really cool, ivy-covered industrial-chic warehouse and a covered tented area as well and a shipping container that has been converted into a VIP pod/green. room. The possibilities are endless!

A beautiful wedding that matched our vibe!
When we decided to get married in San Antonio, Ivy Hall was recommended to us by a friend who had previously attended a wedding there. I'm so glad we went with his suggestion; Scott, Tim, and their team were so easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their vibe matched ours perfectly - laid-back but punctual, with fantastic attention to detail but never feeling pushy or like they had to have things done just so. We were free to make our own decisions about timing, menus, atmosphere, decor, etc. but were happy to receive some very helpful suggestions from Scott as well. We had such a great time at the wedding itself and never felt worried about what was happening throughout the night. The staff who made the night happen were present at all the right moments, making friends with our guests and setting the perfect tone, and out of the way when it made sense. I can't say enough wonderful things about Ivy Hall!
Married at Ivy Hall
Scott and the team at Ivy Hall were so accommodating to us and our vision. His communication was timely and polite; he worked well with our wedding coordinator and was open to our vision, especially on the menu. Everyone raved about the food and drinks. We all had fun and encouraged creativity bringing this day together. Thank you to Scott and the rest of the team at Ivy Hall!

Ivy Hall Events was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication style was kind, helpful, quick, and compassionate - they truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The quality of their work and venue was stunning, like a botanical garden oasis in the heart of the city. The food was incredible, and the staff went out of their way to make our guests and family feel really special. Scott, the venue manager, is amazing and we can't say enough good things about him and the entire Ivy Hall Events team. This unique and special venue made our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Scott and his staff were so respectful in helping us navigate all the options and making the planning process easy and even fun! On the day of our wedding, the team's attention to detail and beautiful, botanical-inspired decor created a truly magical, photogenic atmosphere. Our guests were amazed by the incredible food and the breezy, relaxed vibe. They even went above and beyond to ensure our handicapped grandfather was comfortable and able to fully participate in the celebration. We are so grateful to Ivy Hall Events for helping make our special day everything we dreamed of and more!
