About this venue
Ivy House was started by Candice Grant, and her husband Brian in 2021. The owners love for Saugatuck, its people, its food and its experiences drew them to open a venue here! Most of our on site venue tours are done by the owners, as they have a hands on approach to managing their venue and connecting with their clients! Ivy House’s purpose is to be a space where everyone is welcome to celebrate! Whether you are looking to put a ring on it, acknowledge a milestone or meet with your team - we would love to be your gathering place! Ivy House sits on a spacious 7 acres. The property contains the brand new reception space, a greenhouse, two suites, a large outdoor cocktail area and covered patio! Ivy House and Nature Miller are THE BEST!!!
My husband (ahhh!!!) and I got married at Ivy House on 8-30-25. To say we had the best day ever is an absolute understatement. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we have so many people to thank, but our biggest is to Ivy. Everything was perfect from the prep before our wedding day, through the ceremony, cocktail hour, and of course the reception. We would be absolutely remiss if we didn't give all of the credit to Nature Miller. When we say this girl is AMAZING, we mean it. Nature was our day of coordinator and from our very first meeting with her, we knew we could trust her to make our day exactly what we hoped it would be. She is kind, caring, very organized, and the hardest worker. She asked us questions during our planning process that we hadn't even considered for our wedding. Nature was quick to respond to our millions of questions and gave us great advice whenever we needed it. To be able to walk into our venue on the morning of our wedding and be so confident that no matter what goes wrong, Nature would have it covered with our best intention in mind was the best feeling. Toward the end of my wedding, there was a spillage incident that stained the front of my dress in a huge way. I was sad (and didn't have an outfit change) and Nature, quite literally, gave me the shirt off of her back. She was a calming presence among chaos. She jumped to support me and solve the problem to help me get back out onto the dance floor during my wedding and she made the most unfortunate event turn into an INCREDIBLE memory. Nature - from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank you and ALL of the Ivy House staff enough. It's thanks to you all that we don't actually feel sad that our wedding is over because we couldn't have drawn it up any better. You are truly amazing and there are no real words to describe how much we appreciate you. Future brides - CHOOSE IVY HOUSE. Planning is stressful, expensive, and overwhelming. Ivy House does the best job to ensure a flawless wedding day from the moment that you decide to book with them. These people not only run a business well but they are kind and helpful and made our wedding (planning and celebrating) the best that we could've ever imagined. THANK YOU IVY!!! We recently got married at the Ivy House Venue and had a wonderful experience. The venue itself is gorgeous with beautiful architecture and gardens that were the perfect backdrop for our winter wedding. Their VIP package ensured efficient communication throughout the planning process, which was crucial for keeping my stress levels down! Just make sure you are clear about what package you have. Our coordinator Tiffany was phenomenal - she kept me calm and made sure every last detail was executed flawlessly on our big day. The venue has a simple elegance that allowed our wedding details to shine. The team on our wedding day worked seamlessly to transform the space and ensure everything from lighting to linens to floral reflected our vision. For couples wanting a smooth planning process and beautiful venue with top notch coordination, I highly recommend the Ivy House. Their expertise and attention to detail gave us the lovely, low-key wedding we dreamed of.

My new husband and I were thrilled with our experience at Ivy House Venue! Our coordinator Chloe was absolutely amazing and was there every step of the way keeping us on track. The getting ready suites, venue, and reception spaces were beautiful. Chloe made sure we had food, drink, and ample time to get ready and take photos. She contributed so much to making our wedding day perfect - she made sure everything flowed smoothly so we could relax and enjoy our special moments.
