About this venue
Loulu Palm began as a seed...a twinkling idea, a dream in our hearts. Since 2007, that magic seed has blossomed into Loulu Palm Farm. A place where things can take root and grow: love, families, children, friendship, art hope, and last but certainly not least, palms! They're at the heart of what we do, the physical embodiment of our mission, that which keeps us rooted in the original dream.

Beautiful venue with amazing staff
We had an absolutely amazing experience having our wedding at Loulu Palm. From the moment we toured the venue, we felt such a warm and welcoming energy from the staff, and our wedding day turned out to be everything we dreamed of, we wouldn’t change a single thing. Whenever I had a question, Nickie was always quick to respond by phone or email and was so helpful throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding, Ashley, our day of coordinator, made everything seamless and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment from start to finish. The venue itself is breathtaking, and our guests are still raving about how stunning it was!
An Absolute Dream Location!
Take us back! One year later, and we are still caught up in the moment we celebrated our wedding at Loulu Palm Estates. Nestled on O‘ahu’s North Shore, Loulu Palm offered us complete privacy—and yet didn’t compromise on the sweeping views of Hawaii’s vibrant sunsets and emerald mountain ridges. It was the perfect setting! While rentals must be booked directly through the venue, we found their wide-ranging inventory—chairs, tents, decor—both convenient and hassle-free. And also, completely customizable! With the help of Jordan from Love Letter Weddings, we integrated a Toyota Tacoma photobooth and cabana awnings over the ceremony seating—both concepts the venue team embraced wholeheartedly. We can’t recommend working with Nickie and Loulu Palm enough!
Spectacular wedding venue
My partner and I got married at Loulu palm a few weeks ago and we are so incredibly grateful for Ashley and everything she did to make our wedding day run smoothly. From the very beginning, she was professional, calm, and reassuring, and she truly stepped up in every way possible—especially when it came to all the last-minute changes. No matter what unexpected issue came up, Ashley handled it with grace and confidence. She coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, managed the wedding equipment arrangements, and made sure every detail was accounted for. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. Ashley’s dedication, communication, and ability to stay composed under pressure truly made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better lead coordinator. The Perfect Destination Wedding
We got married at Loulu Palms Estate on April 22, 2025, and it was an absolute dream! The venue is breathtaking, with stunning ocean and mountain views that created the perfect backdrop for our day. Our guests were in awe and couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was. Ashley was our planner; she was amazing! Planning a destination wedding in Hawaii—especially when you’re not familiar with all the details—can be overwhelming, but Ashley made the entire process feel effortless. From the beginning, she understood exactly what we envisioned and went above and beyond to bring it to life. On our wedding day, she remained calm, organized, and incredibly supportive. My family was a bit scattered, but she handled everything gracefully—stepping in to guide when needed and letting them enjoy the moment. I even made a last-minute decor request, and she took care of it beautifully without charging much extra. During the rehearsal, Ashley immediately put us at ease. She reassured us not to stress and offered incredibly helpful tips for the big day. Nicki was also wonderful—she managed all the contracts smoothly and was such a pleasure to meet in person.
