About this venue

We are a full service outdoor venue. Our space is a blank canvas to set up beautiful and custom events. The classic black building can be pushed in any desired style direction often leaning towards rustic glam with a hint of woodland magic and a bit of a tropical resort vibe. Our catering is delicious, our staff is attentive, creative, and fun, and our packaging is customizable. If you can dream it, we can help make it happen.

No. Due to the nature of our liquor license alcohol must be purchased through Pine Hills. With notice we are able to bring in special requests.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, and trained staff.

Yes, we have plenty of parking available and allow overnight parking for those who have too much fun 😉

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, black or white linen napkins, venue coordinator, and staffing

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

Your reservation includes 5.5 hours of reception service, 1 hour of garden time for ceremony plus a 1 hour ceremony rehearsal time prior to your event. Additional service time may be added by the hour.

We are located approximately 90 miles southwest of the Chicago airports and about an hour from Bloomington and Rockford.

No, our venue is fully insured.
