The Carolina Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication was quick and efficient, which made the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work was simply beautiful - they elevated the luxury of the space with thoughtful design and decor. The team helped with everything I asked for, and all of the venue spaces were absolutely gorgeous. My guests wouldn't stop raving about it, and I can confidently say that choosing The Carolina Barn was one of the best decisions we made for our special day.

The venue fee includes the rental space from 10:00AM until 10:00 PM on the day of your event. We also have indoor reception tables and chairs for up to 200 people.

You need an appointment to tour the property.

We require a signed Rental Agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due no less than 30 days prior to your event.

Both the wedding ceremony and reception can be held at The Carolina Barn. We have several indoor and outdoor spaces to hold ceremonies and receptions.

The Carolina Barn offers over 17,000 square feet of space under one roof. Our typical wedding ranges in size from 100 – 300 guests. If your weekend wedding is larger than 300 people, arrangements can be made to accommodate you.

We do not have a "peak" or "off-peak" season.

We requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to book an event. The remaining 50% balance is due at least 30 days before the event. In the event of weather-related delays or cancellations, we will notify the client and work with you to either reschedule the event or refund the venue fee.

The closest airport to The Carolina Barn is Fayetteville Regional Airport (FAY). It's located roughly 11 miles away from the venue. Alternatively, Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is also a viable option, though it's further away, being about 60 miles from the venue.
