About this venue

Our venue offers exceptional spaces for an exclusive event for both the bride and groom, with three ceremony locations to choose from, cocktail hour around the pool and an exquisite fabric-lit ceiling inside a beautiful wedding white tent for your reception! Additionally, there are numerous spots for stunning couple formal photos and perfect golden hour shots. The bride can enjoy a beautifully decorated bridal suite complete with chandeliers and styling chairs for hair and makeup. The groom has access to a chalet house and a man cave for relaxation and fun, including yard games. We also offer a day-before option where you can arrive at 12 noon, hang out by the pool, or decorate the tent. Our goal is to ensure a stress-free event, and we provide dedicated staff to make sure everything runs smoothly. Experience our venue as your home, with accommodations for up to 25 people, so there’s no need to drive anywhere once you arrive.

    “As the mother of the bride, I couldn’t have asked for a more magical and truly stress-free event at The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres—just as they advertised! From the moment we arrived, the coordinators and staff were incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful—making everything seamless and absolutely stress-free for my daughter and son-in-law. We stayed at the bed and breakfast on-site, which was both cozy and elegant—a perfect place to prepare for the big day. The ceremony in the woods felt like a fairytale, and the reception under the beautifully appointed white wedding tent with its fabric-lit ceiling was just stunning. The venue’s recommended vendors were also fantastic, and everything came together perfectly. It was truly a magical, worry-free experience for our entire family. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a perfect wedding day!”

    Grand estate review: We cannot say enough great things about the Grand Estate. We planned our wedding from out of state, which can come with scheduling challenges. Jerrica and the team at the Grand Estate were very flexible and helpful. They work seamlessly with their recommended vendors, taking a lot of the coordination and stress off of our hands. We booked a full wedding weekend, which we couldn’t recommend enough. We had our rehearsal dinner as a pizza/pool party in their heated pool, and they even brought out some yard games for our guests. Having our families and bridal party all staying together at the venue all weekend made our wedding day feel like a longer celebration, and eliminated some logistical planning and coordination. They prepared a delicious breakfast for everyone each morning. There was an 80% chance of rain on our wedding day, but Jerrica watched the radar closely, and we were able to have everything outside as planned. She even reassured me before walking down the aisle that we were in the clear. Our greatest decision (besides marrying one another) was this venue, just book it!!

    The Grand Estate is one of the best, if not THE best, venue for a wedding in SW PA. Joe and I had our wedding there in June 2025 and we wouldn’t change a thing. It was everything we wanted from the awesome mansion accommodations to the beautiful pool to the gorgeous reception tent. Not only are the grounds perfect, but the staff there were so wonderful and made sure that our weekend was perfect. Shout out to Jerrica for being an awesome coordinator to work with! They even offered a package in which we could come back and stay for an anniversary trip, which of course we are so excited to do. I can’t recommend The Grand Estate more if you’re someone who wants an stress-free day at a unique venue.

    There aren't enough positive words to describe our experiences with this venue! From the first meeting to our wedding and beyond, you can find yourself immersed with a beautiful and positive experience. Not only did Melanie, Jerrica, Tia, Aaron, and the family make us feel at home and like we were an extension of theirs, they made our wedding day beyond what we could have ever dreamed of. Talk about a fairytale venue and event. Our guests to this day still talk about the professionalism, stunning sceneries, and pure fun that they had at our wedding. If you are looking for a magical and fairytale event that you'll never forget, look no more. We thankfully were able to haul our hockey team of a bridal party with us for the weekend to the Estate. We were able to utilize the pool Friday before & after our rehearsal dinner, we were served a stellar breakfast both Saturday & Sunday morning, & made a lifetime of memories with our loved ones. If I could get married to my husband all over again at the Grand Estate, I would... every anniversary! We're fortunate enough to have been guided in the right direction with quick communications throughout our planning. They made the planning process feel so easy and helped us with any requests we may have had. What we experienced with them was not a business transaction because of how truly genuine each member of the staff was and how much care and thought went into making our day so special. I could go on but I will save it for the pictures provided! 5 out of 5 stars for The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres!!!
