The venue is managed by Epting Events, an award winning, family owned, full service catering and design company. Our venue is truly a one stop shop providing catering and planning services by Epting Events, design services by our in-house floral director Florals by Su-Lin, and our warehouse with a wide array of catering equipment, lighting and sound equipment, and a linen department. Four period furnished homes have been artfully preserved creating a true architectural treasure amidst idyllic surroundings located a few miles from downtown Athens, GA. These homes are available as rental accommodations on both a short and long term basis. For your next event, take a step back in time and enjoy this traditional southern retreat filled with charm and heritage.
