Hi! I am a wedding filmmaker and award winning documentary filmmaker, shooting digital and Super 8 film. I make digital long format documentary wedding films, digital highlight films with 1 song and no day of audio and Super 8 highlight films. I consider wedding days exciting opportunities to step into communities and make something beautiful that reflects who people are and their experience. Because of my experience as a birth doula and documentary cameraperson, I know how to bring a sense of calm, groundedness and an appropriate level of assertion to weddings. I made a documentary film that went to festivals around the world, played at the Museum of Modern Art, won multiple awards and was written about in The New Yorker. I shot and recorded sound for the entire film on my own, as a one-woman band, as I do for almost all weddings.

8 hours of coverage. All footage color graded and audio leveled. Unusable material cut out and all usable footage strung together chronologically. Formal moments including ceremony and toasts captured with multiple cameras and audio recorders, and these options mixed in the edit. Additionals can include a 1 song/no day of audio highlight film and Super 8mm film.

Super 8mm Film

8 hours

Description

8 hours of coverage. 4 rolls of Super 8mm film. Footage edited into an approximately 3 minute film cut to one song. Raw footage also delivered, color graded and strung together. Additionals can include audio recordings of ceremony and toasts.

Amanda is amazing, she truly acts as a fly on the wall, you don’t know she is there but it is the biggest compliment, she still manages to capture every moment. She brings a calm to a wedding day that is so needed when things can often be hectic. She is a true teammate
