We used Eivan's for both engagement photos and our wedding and couldn't be happier. They are wonderful about asking for your input and making sure you are truly happy with what you are getting. The photographers and videographers are the perfect mixture of professional and casual/friendly so that you are comfortable. We loved Rachael H for engagement photos, and Heather G (photo) and Dmytro L (video) for our wedding. They also actually care about you and the event itself, starting with asking you about your story. We got both a photographer, videographer, and engagement photos for a great bundle price, which was so helpful. Customer service is also fantastic about answering questions thoroughly and quickly. After booking and after the events, they send you information about what to expect, etc. I did quite a but of research into photography companies, and I would highly highly recommend Eivan's!

Photos and videos were great and they listened to the edits I wanted. Administratively, it would sometimes be difficult to get a straight answer from customer service sometimes, which made me worry that the edits I was requesting wouldn’t be considered, but this proved to be a waiting process as my videographer and the editors were great and the edits were made.

I did not receive the photographer I requested, I was just given a random person and it was a nightmare trying to see his work. Once I didn't he only had one wedding to show and I was told I was unable to see any more due to privacy reasons. He was hard to communicate with due to a language barrier, he showed up my wedding and left my dress hanging in a tree with the train in the dirt, left out my matching necklace to my earrings in the outlay photos, left my entire jewelry box for that day on a table and forgot about it, let the groom see the bridal gown before the bride was wearing it, did not take pictures of our meal or magic hour, all candid photos are extremely candid to the point where nobody was aware their pictures were being taken, the photographer also bummed cigarettes off of my guests all night, there are no pictures of my decorations, party favors, in remembrance sign, and not one close up either. I received my gallery back 12 days after my wedding even though i was told it would take up to 8 weeks, only for them to not only be terrible but not edited even a little bit. It took me 3 weeks to speak to a manager who did not understand my concerns, he finally promised to redo all my edits and even let me have my unedited photos at no extra cost to rectify the situation after an unnecessarily difficult conversation. I also paid for 8 hours but the photographer and videographer were only at the event for 6 hours, this company does not issue refunds. The manager sent me back the exact same gallery just 2 weeks after my conversation with him, again with no edits. I told him I was not happy with the service and I wouldn't be signing anything saying the situation has been rectified. After that he took all access to my photos away, I'm unable to download them and I can no longer see the unedited photos. This has been a nightmare experience and now I have to wait another 3 weeks to speak to a different manager. This company does not stick to their promises and I am an extremely disappointed bride. Even the cover photo was not flattering at all, here's an example of how lazy this company is.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Eivan's Photo & Video for our wedding. Their communication throughout the process was completely nonexistent - they never responded to our emails or calls, leaving us in the dark about the status of our video. When we received the final product, we were shocked to see that our hair was completely disheveled in many of the shots, but they never said a word so we could have fixed it. The overall quality and care put into capturing our special day was severely lacking. I would not recommend Eivan's Photo & Video to any couple looking for a videographer they can trust to document their wedding thoughtfully and professionally.
