Day of she was amazing make sure everything was running smoothly despite hiccups from other vendors she really helped pull it all together. Highly recommend!! She helped wrangle my nephew the ring bearer to get him down the aisle! She went above and beyond packing everything up and getting it safely to our hotel room. So very much appreciated. The day would not have been the same with out her!!! In addition she sent over 1000 photos and videos or behind the scenes footage!! Thank you so much!!

Joy was incredible to work with as our Month Of Coordinator, can’t recommend her and the Taylored Events team enough! We’d already selected our venue, vendors, and design, but wanted support with ironing out final details, timelines, and day-of logistics. We initially weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator to begin with, but are so glad we went with them, especially because it made the day completely stress free, not only for us as the couple, but just as importantly, for our family and wedding party. Joy gave us a spreadsheet to help us check off everything we needed for planning, created our timeline down to the minute for the day of, coordinated all communication with vendors leading up to and throughout the wedding, oversaw our rehearsal walk-through the day before (on site), and set up our decor for us. Special touches included being so kind to our flower girls and keeping them entertained (thank you to Joy’s assistant, Lindsey) during speeches, taking phenomenal candids and Polaroids throughout (we had a camera out for guests to use during reception, pic attached), and helping with my quick dress change. Joy & team are super organized, friendly, diligent, professional, and flexible — and they really care about everyone having a great time. Huge thanks for all you did to allow us to be 100% present with each other and with our loved ones on our special day!

We had Raquel for 3 month coordination, and words alone cannot express how organized, professional, and seamless Raquel made the three months leading up to and on wedding day. Prior to the start of our coordination with Raquel, she provided us with a very organized, detailed spreadsheet to guide us through the wedding planning process. Raquel was the organization and detail behind every idea I brought to the table and helped to make our vision a reality! Raquel was my coordinator but doubled as my wedding therapist throughout the three months! Any wedding related question we had, Raquel was always there with a very thoughtful and speedy email response. Starting at 5pm the night before our wedding when she led us through our mini walk-through, to walking down the aisle, I felt completely reassured everything would go as smoothly as possible due to Raquel’s expertise! Raquel and her team are the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth that made our day feel seamless. Her team worked effortlessly behind the scenes on the day of our wedding (even running back to my apartment to pick up forgotten ceremony programs and doing so without me even knowing!). We worked with Liz at Have Lover, Will Travel for our November 2024 wedding ceremony and honeymoon planning and WOW were we impressed! We knew we didn't want a religious ceremony or a friend to officiate our wedding, and knew we needed lots of help to create a meaniful ceremony and officiate well to our guests. We took a chance booking Liz and her ceremony ended up being the most complimented part of our entire wedding!! For months leading up to the wedding, Liz asked us incredibly meaningful questions about our love story and about how we wanted to share it with our friends and family. What resulted was an incredibly personal, sentimental, but ultimately light-hearted ceremony script that totally nailed who we are as a couple. Liz was able to perfectly straddle the line between having the whole room in tears one minute and laughing and cheering the next. It was the most moving ceremony I've ever been privy to. Liz is a complete professional who guided us through everything we needed to get our marriage license, dealt well with all of our other vendors, and was dressed impeccably. She also planned our honeymoon with the type of detailed dedication that we could've never had while also planning our wedding. She brought us amazing options, helped us narrow down our decisions, and handled all of the travel logistics so that we could basically just pack and show up to the airport. Liz is a complete professional and frankly should/could be charging more for the tone she set for our entire night. I will 100% be recommending Have Lover, Will Travel to friends and would book her again in a heartbeat!

We don't have enough kind words to explain our process with Willa. First of all, I don't know how we could've planned our wedding (and enjoyed every second of it) without a planner. Knowing that the details were happening in the background while we could enjoy our engagement period and our wedding day was a treat we will never get over. Additionally, our wedding day was an absolute dream. As a creative couple, the design and experience were so important to us, and Willa and her team KNOCKED it out of the park. We walked in our venue feeling like we were in a dream – with not one worry on our minds. Her expert advice from start to finish made us feel so confident with the whole process. She was so professional and kind to our friends, family, and other vendors, which made the environment be one where we could really just celebrate love! Tara and the whole team at Mixed Company are just absolute MAGIC! I was lucky enough to work with them for a whole wedding weekend at The Wythe Hotel and 74 Wythe in Williamsburg and while I’ve worked with lots of other planners at both, they’re my new favorites. Not only is Tara an absolute joy in every regard, she anticipated not only the couple and wedding party’s needs, but also assisted all the other fellow vendors flawlessly. While the couple had been a little anxious leading up to the wedding, I’ve never seen a bride and groom so comfortable and relaxed - in huge part because of Mixed Company’s care, humor and attention to detail. Not only that, one of my favorite moments of the day was catching Tara be so engrossed in the ceremony herself that she shed a few tears - she genuinely cares for all of her clients! I am just keeping my fingers crossed that more of my couples book her ASAP.

Best experience ever Let's just say that we could not have done it without Camille and her team. She was an absolute God sent. Planning a wedding can be super stressful she made sure everything was seamless from the initial meeting all the way through the final logistics. We were never stressed during the planning process, she was always available regardless of the time of day. We told her what our vision was for the wedding and she made sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted. From the table linen, to menus and even napkins. She thinks of things that we would have never thought of. I can go on and on of how great my experience was. But one thing for sure Camille will NOT STEER YOU WRONG she made sure every penny was well spent, she's really transparent and truly have the couples' best interest at heart. The wedding industry can be avaricious it was really great having someone in our corner to advocate for us. The day of the wedding we didn't have to lift a finger. Camille and her team were there from the moment we were getting ready till the time we left the venue. Camille is truly a blessing to anyone that gets to have her as a wedding planner she's a true talent.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Victoria create our beautiful flower arrangements and managing our month of coordination. I am truly speechless at how amazing she was - not only were our flowers gorgeous, but our day went so incredibly smooth thanks to her. We had to navigate some ceremony changes due to the weather, and she helped us switch things up so easily that our plan B felt like it was even better than what our plan A was. Our day was literally perfect and so much of that was thanks to her. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!

Working with Starling was one of the best decisions we made at the beginning of our wedding planning process. We were paired with Ashley who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept us organized and recommended excellent vendors. As our wedding day got closer, she took over all communication with our vendors. Having her as our day-of-coordinator with an assistant, she managed our vendors, ensured the whole evening went smoothly and helped us stick to our timeline. Its also important to mention that on our wedding day, NYC was in a state of emergency due to extreme rain and flash flooding. It was a pretty stressful morning but Ashley kept us calm and ensured that our wedding moved forward as planned. We had such a fun night despite the crazy weather and were able to enjoy our evening without worrying about the little details. We cannot recommend Starling enough!!
