She handles a wide range of aspects of the business, from answering questions about what will make your event run smoothly to giving you layout suggestions. We had no worries about clean up after the reception or scrambling the morning of between a hotel & the venue for getting ready. On top of all of that, the all inclusive package that Waverly has is NEXT LEVEL. I didn’t have to search for vendors because Waverly had them already available & built into my package. It was an absolute dream to have one less thing to stress about. Their coordinator, Rachel, is absolutely amazing too. She answered every question I had & was the best cheerleader for us on wedding day. She had everything completely organized & made my vision come true for our wedding. My wedding was a dream come true, in huge part to the team at Waverly Estate.

This venue couldn’t have been more perfect. The venue really makes the wedding and I’m so glad we picked Lovingston Winery! It was such a treat to have the farmhouse, cabin, and the Tupelo house for the whole weekend. I loved how the venue felt like it tucked up against the woods and had such pretty views of the rolling hill in central VA. The farmhouse was so cozy and fit my entire family for the weekend. We loved drinking coffee underneath the trellis and looking at the mountain views. The big bridal suite was perfect - the photos I have in front of the giant bay windows look so ethereal. I also loved the shower! The wall jets were so luxurious! Walking from the farmhouse to the ceremony spot (we picked by the Tupelo house) with my parents was such a special moment. I’m glad we never had to drive anywhere. My husband stayed in the cabin on Friday night and we used it as our honeymoon suite on Saturday night. Similarly, it was so easy to escape back to our cabin in the woods from the reception. The Tupelo house was so spacious and beautiful - we loved the fireplace, the big wooden beams, the rich rugs, and giant barn doors. We opened the barn doors up for the mountain views even though it made the room a little warm for dancing. It was worth it to feel like we were bringing the outside in and so that our guests could wander and mingle outside (my brother-in-law brought cornhole boards, which folks actually really enjoyed!). Our guests loved the rose! Tessa and Wes were both so responsive and helpful. My mom accidentally broke the garbage disposal on Friday and they showed up immediately and fixed it (don’t put entire vegetables down the garbage disposal). They’re so kind and easygoing, which is much needed energy for a wedding weekend. I’m so grateful we picked Lovingston and had the venue Friday to Sunday morning - the weekend already goes by too quickly. My only regret is that we didn’t book the farmhouse AirBnB for Thursday night!

I was SO happy to get be able to get my wedding date here! The planning that went into our wedding was astonishing. Isabelle and her team blew my mind with everything that was done for us. They had every last detail planned and it was amazing to see it all put together. I would have paid triple for what we paid for the planning and venue, it was that good. I never thought I needed a planner for my wedding but HIRE A PLANNER. It allowed us and our family to completely relax and not have to worry. Not only the planning but the venue, WOW. It was so so beautiful and convenient. Everything is on one property so there wasn’t extra traveling for our guests. And we stayed in the house the days prior to the wedding which eased my mind and allowed me to settle beforehand. I can’t say enough about how stunning our wedding was and how meticulous the planning was. Book it before you regret, I would do it over 100x.
