Hello, My name is Natasha Meatte, I am the owner and pastry chef behind Gimme Some Sugar. I started this business over 15 years ago after I finished school at The French Pastry school in Chicago where I furthered my culinary arts degree to specialize in cake decorating. Baking was a passion I learned at a young age baking with my mom and I just knew it had to be what I did for the rest of my life. When I'm not working on my own business you can find me playing my our new daughter, enjoying criminal minds reruns and enjoying as much family time as I can!

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
