I got married at the Kingsville Lodge on March 8th of this year, and it was truly a beautiful experience. The lodge itself is stunning and immaculate, with everything you could possibly need right at your fingertips. Sharyn, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure your wedding day is nothing short of amazing. She even handled my photography! The landscaping is meticulously maintained, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into the upkeep of the property. We chose a wedding package that was perfect for my husband and me, which included photography, planning, decorations, setup, breakdown, and cleaning. Sharyn and Beth were incredible, going the extra mile to make sure my day was magical. I felt like a fairytale bride and didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was the perfect venue for our wedding, with 40 guests who all found it equally beautiful. The lodge offers multiple rooms that can accommodate up to 15 people overnight. The beds are incredibly comfortable, providing one of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. Our ceremony took place in front of the fireplace, which was breathtakingly beautiful in its simplicity. I highly recommend the Kingsville Lodge for weddings or any event. The property and house are well cared for, and Sharyn and her team are wonderful people. We also had our engagement photos taken there, and they turned out amazing. Inside, the lodge features beautiful wood trim throughout. The bathrooms are accommodating, with jacuzzi tubs in some rooms and multiple other bathrooms available. My 82-year-old mother loved it and found it easy to navigate. My husband and I stayed in the suite, watching the snowfall outside the windows, which was incredibly beautiful. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this place for so many reasons.

The property was recently renovated, and was brand new to the wedding market. I’ve been to my fair share of venues in the Erie area, but this one really stood out. There’s nothing quite like it. It’s absolutely beautiful and completely unique. We had such a memorable night, and some of our guests are still talking about it! The venue gets two thumbs up. I would recommend it to anybody!

A landlord who believed in an extraordinary building met a couple who dreamed of running a venue where people felt cherished and celebrated. The alignment of values sparked magic, and The Everly was born! When Steve Passov purchased the building in Mentor, he envisioned a place where the community would gather in unique ways: A blank space where any kind of event could happen. Through the perfect sequence of events, he was connected to Meghan and Adam Delange, both with robust experience in the events and hospitality industry.

  • Accommodates more than 200 guests
  • Private area for the wedding party

Venue considerations

  • Does not provide event staff
  • No venue-provided food services

Our wedding day was beautiful at the Everly! The ballroom space is so clean looking and can be decorated to however your style is, as well as the outdoor ceremony patio is stunning! Once we toured, we knew this was the venue we wanted to book right away! Cheryl was our point person at The Everly, and we couldn't have asked for anything more from her. She went above and beyond the entire planning process, answering any questions we had, giving suggestions when we were unsure about something, and day of executed the event flawlessly. There was nothing I had to worry about as a bride, she had everything down to the small details covered. She even thought of things I wasn't thinking of and took care of them on her own! By the end of the wedding process she felt like a true friend in the wedding experience, not just a planner at the venue we booked. Many things are included when booking The Everly as your venue, so it was really nice to not have to worry about small things like table covers, chairs, linens, etc. that some venues still have you needing to take care of. It was also lovely having a wide range of catering vendors to choose from, and having freedom with other vendors like DJ, photographer, etc. The venue also has many beautiful areas on property for a variety of stunning photos! The entire team who helped put on the event were all incredibly friendly and our guests had nothing but great things to say about the day. The Everly team also worked with our vendors flawlessly to help ensure they had what they needed throughout the day as well, and it was really nice to know that our vendor team was taken care of & I didn't have to worry about them. We can not thank Cheryl the team at The Everly enough for helping make our dream day come true, and have absolutely zero regrets in making our decision to book this venue! 3

Livia and the team at Orchard Hills were professional, dynamic, had amazing input planning wise and were a wealth of knowledge. The time between engagement and our wedding was 10 months and it would have been so much more stressful without Livia. She was my rock and I never felt the need to worry with her in my corner. She's extremely dedicated and organized. The team itself day of is efficient and so, so kind. I loved having my wedding here, due to the staff and how beautiful the grounds are. Plenty of room to get ready for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Having our reception hall in the same location as the ceremony made life so easy. And in my opinion, this was so most gorgeous location for an outdoor wedding. I felt like a fairytale princess all day. No regrets at all, I highly recommend at least touring the location and meeting with Livia!
