FruitCraft Event Venue was designed to appeal to the modern couple as well as their friends and family who will love our gorgeous space and the elevated decor. We created a light and airy atmosphere as an extension of the outside with instagrammable walls and lush greenery to seal the deal. FruitCraft’s design elements honors all things living and is showcased in our living plants that adorn the space, custom made live edge tables and up-cycled lighting. The space has 14ft high ceilings, exposed beams with a northern orientation that lets natural light in perfectly positioned for the floor to ceiling plants.

An event at Flora presents itself polished and turnkey with features like wainscot walls, custom doors, and bespoke furnishings. Visualize lofted ceilings, a 70-foot long living wall, two 12-foot custom skylights, hanging garden chandeliers, and over 130 plants. The amenities give the venue a life of its own with a state of the art sound system, wooden house tables, chairs, movable partitions, and built-in color LED lighting. To top it off, Flora blends an entirely renovated interior with original, exposed wood beams from its initial construction in 1922 as a tribute to our past. We had guests from all over, and the event was a huge success. We had so many positive responses, and requests for other weddings, that we decided to open our doors to the public. In 2002, Rusty discovered the Jamul Valley. He found the granitic soils, warm days and cool nights to be ideal for grape growing. Rusty added an orchard of pomegranates, tangerines, lemons, plums, oranges and apples. Enjoying wine and the fun-ness that comes with it, Rusty was taken by Kerri's love of the vine and together they embarked on planting wine grapes. Life as they had known it changed forever. Kerri's southern Texas hospitality and Rusty's ingenuity have created Rustic Ridge - a very special place. Gardens, fountains, and our warm and inviting tasting room welcome wine enthusiasts with an authentic hospitality. Also ready to welcome our guests are vineyard dogs ChaCha and Coco (husky rescue dogs).

Located in the Historic Wonder Bread Factory downtown, our 2-story taproom space offers a number of uses. The rentable space in this listing is located upstairs to our main brewery tasting room that is open to the public. Upstairs, you'll find a floor-to-ceiling open air window with a view of the library and downtown; a stage with a small PA that is available to use; cocktail tables and barstools, as well as 2 large round work tables with low, cushioned stools. There is a TV in this area that you may use. The downstairs will remain open to the public unless you rent out the entire building, which is done on a case-by-case basis. There is a unique open-air feature, so sound does carry between floors. We recommend meetings before 3pm during the week. Parties and events are great anytime. We can also arrange a private bar with 2 draft beers and 2 wines upstairs for an additional fee.
