We had the absolute wedding of our dreams at Scars Farm. The whole day was beyond perfect. The venue is stunning, the bridal suite is immaculate, the grooms suite is the perfect hangout spot for the guys. The venue is perfect in every single day. There is not one thing I would change about this place. We loved our wedding so so much at Scars Farm and I could not recommend it enough!

The team at Renaissance Sea World is one of the best group of professionals! They are courteous, timely, and really care about how your event goes. I have had the pleasure of working with them many times and each time has been stress-free. The event space is beautiful for hosting and there is a huge outdoor lawn for ceremonies which is hard to find in Orlando. The comfort of your guests staying on property while having access to Sea World across the street is truly unique!

February 12, 2022 was the wedding of my youngest daughter at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. The venue was beautiful when we were choosing a venue, but the night of the wedding it surpassed all our expectations. As it is important to have a great venue, it is just as important to have a team of people to make the whole experience great. We were so fortunate to work with Laura Segal and Kelsie Taylor and their entire Dr. Phillips team. We cannot praise them enough for helping make my daughter's wedding a very magical and beautiful life event that will always be remembered. Everything was just done with class and they accommodated all our wishes. Our guests were blown away with the venue, from entering the building to the sensational rooftop to the magical Devos room. You must have the large windows open as it is just amazing, like nothing we have seen and we were blown away. On the night of the wedding, Laura oversaw everything to ensure all went as planned and it did with flying colors. I also want to note that the server staff were amazing and my guests made many comments praising them for their professionalism and for being so personable. I also want to note that I was a very detailed and involved parent with the planning and wanted the best possible wedding for our children. Laura and Kelsie were patient and very accommodating to our requests and only wanted us to have a great wedding. My wife and I, and the groom's parents were just so happy with how the wedding went and are thankful to all for making it a day to remember, especially for my daughter and her husband.. Again, Many Thanks to all at the Dr. Phillips Center. To all reading this review and recommendation, Do not hesitate to have your special event, wedding or other, at this venue!!

We found Dubsdread well before our wedding date. Many people recommended the venue to us, and after having the wedding there we can see why. Our coordinator David and the rest of the team were nothing but accommodating to us from the start of the experience. The food was amazing: we had the Prime Rib, Chicken Piccata, and Mashed Potatoes. All excellent choices. The appetizers were great too. The day went smoothly and all of our meetings with David leading up to the event made the planning aspect feel fun and productive. It was truly a pleasure getting to work with them and have our wedding at this venue.

We stayed here Fourth of July weekend. Two adults and our teen daughter. The room was very affordable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The guy working the front desk was so friendly and helpful I wish I would have caught his name. Check in was a quick and easy. We used the pool which was also clean and quiet with towels provided. Laundry on site with soap and dryer sheets provided was a life saver. Very close to the air port (10 min drive) and places to eat. Check out was a breeze. We had the absolute best experience with Highland Manor and Dubsdread Catering! From the moment we stepped onto the property for our first tour with Michelle, we were blown away. The venue is stunning—the historic charm, the gorgeous oak tree, and the warm, romantic feel of the space made it everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. Michelle was so helpful and welcoming from day one, walking us through open houses and answering every question during the planning process. When we transitioned to David, who was both our planner and day-of coordinator, we knew we were in excellent hands. He was organized, calm, and genuinely cared about making our day stress-free and perfect. The day of our wedding, the weather didn’t cooperate, and we had to make a last-minute switch from an outdoor ceremony to indoors. David and the team made it happen without a hitch—moving the reception tables aside and using the chairs from the tables to set up a beautiful indoor ceremony layout. It didn’t feel like a backup plan at all—it looked intentional and beautiful. The entire staff was incredibly professional—from the servers to the bartenders, everyone was friendly, attentive, and on point all night. A special thank you to Yolanda, our head waitress/butler, who truly went above and beyond. She followed us around with my dress to ensure it wasn't getting wet, brought us drinks all evening without us ever having to ask, and made sure we had plates from the buffet, cake, and anything else we needed. She made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. And the food? Wow. Our guests still haven’t stopped talking about how good it was. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety, and it was easily the best wedding food we've ever had. If you’re considering Highland Manor and Dubsdread Catering—do it. The venue is breathtaking, the team is exceptional, and they made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable. We can’t recommend them enough!

I feel very fortunate that we were able to celebrate our wedding at such a beautiful venue. The setting was truly stunning, and leading up to the big day, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They made the planning process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the list of recommended vendors they provided was absolutely fantastic. I have to give special thanks to Four Rivers Barbecue, Cocktails Catering, and Kaleidoscope Lighting, all of whom made the actual event so easy and seamless. Their services truly elevated our day and helped everything run smoothly. However, my experience on the actual wedding day was unfortunately not as positive. From the moment my bridesmaids and I arrived, the venue attendants were unwelcoming and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no introductions, and no effort to make us feel comfortable, which was especially upsetting on what was supposed to be one of the happiest and most important days of my life. Additionally, there were issues with museum guests still being present less than an hour before our event began, and we had to ask multiple times for them to leave. This should have been handled by the staff, as it added unnecessary stress to the already hectic pre-wedding preparations. At the end of the night, the venue attendants started telling our guests that they needed to leave in 20 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. However, they failed to inform me, my bridal party, or the groom about this timing, which created confusion and made the event's conclusion feel rushed. While I didn’t use a coordinator because I felt confident in my planning abilities, I would have appreciated receiving the same time warning that was given to a few of my guests. It would have helped us to better manage the end of the event. To make matters worse, as we were breaking down, the attendants were rude to both myself and my guests, which was extremely disappointing. There is definitely a way to be firm yet kind, but that wasn’t the approach we received. Overall, while the venue itself was beautiful and all of the staff were great leading up to the day, the attitude and behavior of the venue attendants on the wedding day really left a negative impression. I hope they can address these issues for future couples, as it detracted from what should have been a perfect day.

The Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. Their communication was quick, helpful, and they provided great advice throughout the planning process. The spaces they offer are absolutely beautiful and the value is unbeatable. They were there to answer all of my questions and attend to our needs on the day of the wedding. The only issue we had was that the engraved champagne glasses we provided for ourselves, wedding couple, somehow got lost, and the venue claimed they could not find them. Luckily, our fantastic day-of coordinator was able to replace them at no additional charge. Despite this one hiccup, our overall experience with the Wyndham Grand was fantastic, and we would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

We hosted a baby shower there for 75 people and I would absolutely recommend the venue for anyone hosting their events. First off, Mary the venue coordinator is wonderful and super responsive. They didn’t have an event the day before so she let us decorate early. We did a buffet and everyone said the food was so delicious. The windows and natural lighting was great for a day time event and there was plenty of open space. A really nice, affordable location in Kissimmee/Orlando area!

We got married on April 26, 2025, and could not have chosen a better venue! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how gorgeous the property was! It truly feels like you're not in Florida. The setting created such a magical backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. My mom suggested this venue. It was one of the last venues we toured. I was feeling discouraged because many other venues make you use their vendors, and the time is limited for the wedding day. Having access to the venue for the entire day made our wedding so much smoother and less stressful. We were able to take our time, enjoy every moment, and not feel rushed. The reception space was beautiful and spacious. There were plenty of bathrooms (a small but important detail!), and everything was clean and well-maintained. One of the biggest perks was being able to use our own vendors, which gave us so much freedom to personalize our day exactly how we envisioned it. There are Airbnbs nearby for guests who want a more private stay, as well as hotels in Clermont and Howey-in-the-Hills, so it was very convenient for everyone. We truly loved this wedding venue and highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, flexible, and stress-free place to get married!

They are very professional but also make you feel like family. We recently just had our wedding and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Our guests are still in awe of the venue, they've been raving about how unique and beautiful the property was and how nice all the staff were. Also, they also provided a list of amazing preferred vendors which we ended up booking as well.
