We absolutely highly recommend Della Terra Mountain Chateau! From the moment we arrived, the team made our dream wedding come to life in every possible way. Thanks to their meticulous planning, our day flowed effortlessly, allowing my husband and I to simply enjoy the celebration without any worries. Special shoutout to Rachel and Cayce for orchestrating the day. The Della Terra team was friendly, professional, and so much fun! They even joined in on the fun by taking pictures in our photo booth, showing just how invested they were in making our experience perfect. It felt like they truly wanted everything to go exactly as we envisioned. The venue itself is breathtaking. The atmosphere is incredibly romantic and elegant, which fit the tone of our wedding day perfectly. The beauty of the venue provided the ideal setting, and the views of the mountains were a stunning backdrop for both our ceremony and photos. The food was absolutely divine! We couldn't get enough of the chicken and Brussels sprouts, but every dish we tasted was equally amazing. We were so impressed by the quality of the meal and the variety offered. Getting ready was a breeze thanks to the spacious salon, which easily accommodated our bridal party of seven. The guys loved their time in the theater area with its projector screen and comfortable recliners. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort and experience. Della Terra Mountain Chateau’s gazebo entrance for the bride was the perfect dramatic touch, and it really wowed everyone. The mountain views behind the venue made for breathtaking photos we will cherish forever. Overall, our experience was flawless, and we truly can’t recommend this venue enough. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, stress-free wedding day, Della Terra is the place to go!

Snow Mountain Ranch was the best venue for our wedding. We reserved a family reunion cabin for our family to stay on-site all weekend, while our friends booked rooms at the lodges, and everyone was able to participate in summer camp activities. A highlight was the tubing hill and the waterfall hike! We also reserved the Mountain Air Cookout Shelter for the reception, and we were able to choose our own caterers. We opted for a pizza truck and a paella chef, and they were a big hit! The shelter was perfectly rustic and had a mountain vibe with excellent views, and SMR provided lawn games outside during our cocktail hour. We were also happy that we could bring our dogs to the reception, and they had a fun time too. There was also a fire pit at the reception site, so we lit a campfire when it got cold after dark. SMR also put us in touch with a local bartender and DJ, Marcie, who knew the venue well and kept the drinks flowing and the dance floor packed all night. The event coordinator, Stephanie, was very communicative throughout the planning process, and I think that everything went perfectly!

We looked around at a few others in the area (just to do our due diligence)- but this just helped us know for certain that WBL was the best choice for us. The entire process was seamless, from booking, to planning, to the day of! Maddie and Hawley made sure everything ran so smoothly- and we are so greatful to the entire team for all of their work! The attention to detail and work that the staff put in to making this the most special day was incredible. My partner and I were originally planning on a destination wedding and when we had to very quickly shift those plans -- four months before our wedding date -- the team made everything so seamless, were so accommodating, and made us feel supported. The communication is quick and they never hesitate to talk through questions. We're so thankful we ended up working with them!

Flagstaff House was incredible! They were such a great venue. Annie was our event planner, and she was perfect - professional, friendly, and so helpful helping everything run smoothly day of. The venue itself was beautiful and did a great job helping us plan for any weather scenario. The food was INCREDIBLE - each of the dishes were delicious and the cake was just as beautiful as it was delicious. It ended up being a surprisingly budget friendly option as well - although the price for food is higher than most places, the fact that the restaurant provided everything needed for the lunch including custom menus, the cake, and all of the linens/chairs/tables/table numbers/etc. meant that the total price ended up being a great value.

I encourage you to book this place for upcoming weddings or events. The venue is even more beautiful in person compared with the photos. Planning: GBI team was incredibly detailed and caring about the nuances of planning our event. When we'd come with a suggested plan, they were very engaged in providing strategic recommendations to make it run as smoothly as possible. Property/Grounds: The property is stunning. We received endless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony site, cocktail hour location, and dining room were. You really feel like you're in a magical oasis. Food & Drink: The food is a highlight of this venue since they are a fine dining restaurant! The appetizers were a hit, especially the mini beef wellingtons. People loved the cupcakes, even though I didn't get the chance to try it! I was nervous about the bar bill given it's a pay-by-drink approach, but the GBI team did a great job proactively trying to keep it as low as possible/within budget. Pets: This venue is pet friendly!
