Elizabeth Birch worked with us to helped us achieve the perfect wedding of our dreams. From the beautifully landscaped ceremony, photo, and reception spaces, to the outstanding food and service, there was no detail overlooked. Elizabeth helped us coordinate the entire wedding long-distance. I was in Florida, and the bride was in Chicago. But with her guidance, we were able to coordinate the local vendors needed to pull off a dream wedding.

We had the wedding of our dreams here! The venue is stunning & the food was amazing. Lilly was great at helping us along every step of the way & answering my millions of emails in a timely fashion! I loved that they had the option for chivari chairs instead of just the banquet chairs. We were a little worried about the golfers going by during our ceremony but we didn’t see anyone! Our ceremony was at 4:30pm in September & it was nice & quiet for us! The one downside is they don’t have a designated “getting ready” suite, but we were able to book an Airbnb & hotel not too far from the venue & used that instead! It was nice not having to worry about catering or bar services being separate either. The dance floor was plenty big & I loved they it was right next to the bar to make it easy to drink & dance! We had about 125 guests & they all fit nice but I definitely wouldn’t have felt comfortable having many more as the tables went almost to the dance floor. Highly recommend this venue!

Our wedding day was so special, and the team at Greystone Weddings made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger. We chose a date and what we wanted, and they made it happen! Robert, the owner, made planning and decision making simple. He had great suggestions and really took the weight off of our shoulders when it came to what the day would/should look like. He also helped us plan a fabulous honeymoon! The venue is already beautiful and didn’t need any decorating. I didn’t buy any decorations for the venue, all decorations were provided by Greystone. The DJ, Tony, is incredibly talented and accommodated all of our requests. He had great song choices and really kept the party going! The food was excellent, some of the best entrees I’ve had. It felt like a 5 star restaurant. The servers plated our food and carried it to the table for us! Emily made sure to let us know she would heat up some food for our 5 year old if she got hungry later on. We really appreciated that! Last but not least, the owner and wedding coordinator Jo was so kind and accommodating. If there was something we needed or requested (within reason) she made it happen. She made sure the ceremony and the evening ran smoothly, and she was there to take care of us and our guests. Jo also helped us run through the ceremony at rehearsal dinner. We can’t thank Robert and Jo enough for their incredible hospitality, genuine courtesy and support. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that’s visually stunning and will quite literally make your dreams come true, look no further. Greystone made OUR dreams come true! - Hannah & Ignacio Villarreal
