We didn’t add Allie onto our wedding endeavor till pretty close to the wedding but I have to say she filled in the very needed gaps. We had many helpers but Allie had experience, passion, and preparedness. Our first meeting she assured me that even the littlest transitions she could take care of. I’d have a moment like “ooh did we forget this?” Or “is someone taking care of that?” And Allie was always two steps ahead of me. The rehearsal was quick and easy, and the whole wedding day flowed beautifully. She took care of everything, from telling the DJ when to announce things to queuing people to walk down the aisle and lighting all 200 something candles! I’m seriously impressed and positive that this day could not have ran without her.

Abby and her team were amazing, we were SO lucky to work with her and Roxy! They made our special day effortless, literally the best thing I spent money on. Abby worked so hard the 30 days prior to our wedding understanding all of the details and our wishes, then executed beautifully! Our parents, wedding party, and guests were able to enjoy the day and not worry about set up, clean up, dealing with our weather chaos, etc. Anytime I had any concerns, questions, or request the day of, I knew exactly who to go to and they were so helpful. I am so grateful for their work and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

I hired Kayla to help me with month-of and day-of wedding coordination, and it was one of the best decisions I made while wedding planning. Kayla was so helpful in answering questions throughout the process (even responding to emails before her month-of commitment had begun) and she had so many ideas about how to make our wedding unique and incorporate personal touches into the day. She was a literal LIFE-SAVER, particularly in the weeks leading up to the wedding where I was completely overwhelmed. She took over vendor communications and immediately checked everything off the list that needed to be checked off. I was (and am) so grateful for the stress she relieved, especially in the crunch time! On the day of the wedding, she fixed every little problem that came up and handled it with absolute grace. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Haley in two different capacities for our wedding – both as our day of coordinator and our florist – and she knocked it out of the park on both counts. She was so easy to work with, kept us on track with the planning process without making us feel stressed, and was incredibly organized with checklists, regularly scheduled calls, and detailed notes every step of the way. She asked our other vendors all of the questions that we never would have thought to ask and handled communication and coordination with all of them effortlessly. On the day of our wedding, she was so calm, collected, supportive, and on top of every little detail – the name of her business fits her work perfectly! And then the flowers! Initially I had only a vague idea of what I wanted: mostly neutral-colored, with some greenery and a pop of color. Haley asked all the right questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and sent along lots of example photos to help me make some decisions. She took all of those inputs and put together the most beautiful bouquets (and boutonnieres and corsages!) that I have ever seen. She truly has a talent for floral arrangements. If you have any question about whether you need a day of coordinator: you do. And you would be lucky to have Haley as your guide!!!

As someone with a demanding job who planned most of the wedding on my own, having Patricia step in during the final weeks—and especially on the day of—was an absolute gift. She was always quick to respond, even when I had last-minute questions or needed support with new ideas. She also connected us with a variety of services, from tanning and dog boarding to shuttle arrangements and music recommendations—and so much more. I was continually impressed by how resourceful and supportive she was every step of the way. My (now) husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Patricia with Satin and Sage to anyone planning a wedding in the Jackson, Wyoming area. We are endlessly grateful for her as well as Rick, her husband for helping out with setting up the chairs and playing a part in our day as well! When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

We fell in love with The Gaston the minute we walked through the front door. We knew immediately that would be the venue we went with. The house is so beautifully decorated and there's so much detail every section you look. We loved the idea that it was basically turn-key so that all we needed to worry about were the dinner details and flowers. Adrienne was also very helpful along the way letting us know when it was time to start booking which vendors and making excellent recommendations. The weekend of the wedding, all of the staff was so attentive and helpful to us.

Let me start by saying I am Type-A to the max. I was very hesitant about hiring a wedding coordinator because I knew it would be hard for me to relinquish control and to be satisfied with the results. I am SO glad that I made the call to invest in a wedding coordinator. When you hire Brianna, that is exactly what you are doing, you are making an investment in your wedding day. From the first time I spoke to Brianna, she listened to what I needed, calmed my hesitations, and made me confident in her abilities. Throughout the process, any time I needed to connect, she made time. She was such a pleasure to work with! Now for the wedding day.... I could not be happier with her services. She was prompt, professional, and anticipated everything that could possibly needed. She knew that I did not want to be in the dark and kept me updated throughout the day so that I was assured everything was on track. When I say she anticipated every need we would have, I'm talking about standing outside with flip flops after our formal pics when the transportation van pulled up, having drinks ready for us on the sweetheart table, owning cues all day with the dj, caterers, bartenders, etc. I could go on, and on, and on about how amazing she was. Also, shout out to Brianna's husband! He helped put together chafing dishes, made sure our photo booth was up and operating, loaded our car at the end of the night, and was also SUCH a pleasure to deal with! A true dream team! I will end with this, my fiancé is not the most detail-oriented person out there, he is more of a big picture guy. He must have asked 10X during the reception where I found Brianna and talked about how incredible she was. I cannot emphasize enough that you NEED a wedding coordinator, and it NEEDS to be Brianna! 5,000/5 STARS!
