Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal. On the momentous occasion, a venue manager will be on-site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The event staff also offers valet parking and assistance with setup and cleanup. Their goal is to create a seamless celebration that allows you sit back, relax, and indulge in the romance.

Having throughout my life a heart for restoration, I couldn’t help myself when I discovered this property. It had been neglected for years but I could see its potential and its location was perfect. It was tucked just far enough out of Houston to feel the serenity of country but not so far out that it was a trip to get there. It had the perfect charm for a wedding venue with its 100 year old house with a wrap around porch surrounded by 100 year old oak trees and the old barn. It was the perfect place to design an all-inclusive wedding venue. And so, we did, building a chapel and reception hall additionally. We host your entire wedding to enable you as a couple and your families to enjoy the celebration while making lasting, precious memories. We guide you through every aspect of planning then execute your plan on the day of. The Garden Pavilion is the perfect ceremony location known for the ample amounts of natural lighting and the green, boxwood backdrop. This climate controlled space can be transitioned after your ceremony into a casual cocktail setup or a formal affair for those wishing to have a garden dinner reception. Adjoining, you will find the crystal chandelier lit dining room. This elegant space allows for a formal sit-down dinner or cocktail style event. We are located on 265 acres on Oyster Creek, in the heart of Sugar Land Texas. We have recently remodeled and have become the best kept secret in the Houston area. I have attached our banquet packages, but we also do custom packaging. Being a private club, we do not have to work in the box. Our ballroom holds up to 200 seated with a dance floor. However, for smaller events, our space is still transformable into an intimate setting.

Our 11,000 sq. ft. space features urban and industrial design elements, including exposed whitewash brick walls and floor to ceiling black steel windows, along with coastal-influenced décor elegantly laid out with various accents and shades of our signature green logo color.
