Working with J.J. Ash Events and Designs for a Jacksonville wedding was an absolute dream. I was the cake artist, and Ashanti handled the florals. When the bride shared her vision, I immediately thought of Ashanti because I’ve worked with her before and absolutely love her work. She’s one of the rare designers who can balance creativity with realism while delivering flawless execution. For this wedding, we had to transform an inspiration photo into a glam-style red wedding design, and Ashanti absolutely delivered. The bride wanted florals showcased inside acrylic tiers for the cake—a unique and challenging concept. These acrylic tiers had to be sourced from London, measured precisely, customized with Ashanti’s florals, and transported from Virginia to Florida and survive 3-4 days. Not only did the floral design make the journey, but it also held up beautifully throughout the wedding. The result? Stunning florals that tied the cake seamlessly into the overall wedding design. The bride was overjoyed, the guests were amazed, and I was blown away. Together, we created a once-in-a-lifetime piece for a deserving couple and seeing the bride’s ecstatic reaction made all the effort worth it. Ashanti’s talent speaks for itself, but what truly sets her apart is her professionalism. She’s communicative, detail-oriented, and incredibly down-to-earth. She knew exactly how to bring the vision to life and worked closely with me to ensure every detail was perfect. Honestly, I couldn’t have pulled this off without her expertise. Good on J.J. Ash for requesting reviews from vendors and guests—it’s a smart move that highlights the joy they create for couples. I’ve seen Ashanti and her team work tirelessly through weddings, sometimes staying until the very end (I’m usually there past the cake cutting, haha!). By the time the dust settles, the couple is married, their photos are stunning, and their videos capture every magical moment. Reflecting on those moments reminds me how much of a privilege it is to be part of such special events. As a vendor, I appreciated how communicative and organized Ashanti was throughout the process. We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.

After our initial call with Meghan, my (now) husband and I knew that we needed to hire her for our wedding. She spoke with a lot of confidence and experience, and her energy was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding coordinator. In the planning stages, Meghan responded to emails promptly if we had any questions, and her planning guide and recommended vendor directory were so helpful in keeping us organized throughout the planning process. We booked many of the vendors from that directory, and the day came together so well because of the cohesiveness of all the vendors. The wedding day itself is where Meghan really shined. She got to our venue early and checked in to see how everything was going, and then immediately got to work.The ceremony and reception spaces were set up exactly how we imagined they would be, and set up was so ahead of schedule that we were even able to start the ceremony 15 minutes early because there was a threat of rain in the area. Throughout the reception, Meghan also checked in to make sure everything was going exactly how we wanted. And at the end of the night, she packed up all of our decor and organized the cleanup so we were out of the venue in a flash and off to our after party back at the hotel. I cannot emphasize how much Meghan went above and beyond, not just for my husband and me, but also for our guests, going as far as to get a toothpick from her car for one of our guests. With Meghan running the show, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family and not worry about a thing, because we knew she had everything under control. Mari is IT. My husband and I met with a handful of coordinators who all seemed qualified and capable, but none that seemed to vibe with our energy UNTIL we met Mari! Right away she was calming and tuned in and warm. She felt like someone we would hang out with but then make that person an organizational wizard.As first time wedders, who had never imagined a specific wedding day aesthetic or theme, we would frequently worry this whole thing might not come together. But IT DID under Mari's expert guidance! And not only was it a big success (imo) she also never made us feel dumb or wrong or like bad engaged people for breaking tradition or for asking if we need Welcome signs. Mari was very good about holding us to our deadlines but not hounding us. When we felt like we were months behind she assured us we were in a good place.And then the day of the wedding, Mari and Anjeanette, were like the 1992 US Men's Olympic basketball team! Just two pros moving seamlessly, never missing. If we had a question, they had the answer before we asked. I always wondered how weddings happen without the bride and groom being pulled in every direction. Elle Events is how.

We hired Michelle as a month-of-coordinator for our wedding and honestly went in to it expecting more of a day-of coordinator to organize the family and friends that were helping with setup for the wedding. However, Michelle quickly became an indispensable part of our wedding planning and actively went above and beyond what we could have imagined. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly on the ball during the whole process. I cannot recommend her enough. When the month started, she immediately took over the email communications with all of our vendors and solved problems before we even knew they existed. She always asked the right questions and made sure to keep us on track in the final stages of planning. During the rehearsal, she was so helpful with our family and friends that had never rehearsed for a wedding before. On the day of, Michelle was incredible. I cannot recommend her enough. She was in charge of the decorations for the entire reception area (pictured) and did a fantastic job. She was always there to make sure we knew what the next step was (from picture time to first dance to last call on the photo booth). I truly did not have to worry about a single thing with Michelle there. She even made sure that my husband and I had a moment to ourselves after the ceremony. I didn't have to ask for it, Michelle just knew that we needed it. Thank you so much, Michelle!!!

From the moment I got on that first phone call with Anna, I knew she'd be our day-of wedding coordinator. Anna Holowinsky isn't just in the wedding business... she's in the business of making each of her clients feel heard, understood, and cared for. It is so evident that everything she does comes from a place of love. On the phone with Anna, there were so many times where I thought to myself, "Wow, it's just like talking to an old friend!" She's hilarious, down-to-earth, and just an incredible human to work with. Anna took the stress out of wedding planning for us and instead, made it so that we could focus on all of the day's celebrations. Drew from Dapper Retriever coordinated a wedding recently at our venue and everyone (the couple, the guests, and the vendors) had a great experience. It was instantly clear, by his laser sharp communications, attention to detail, organizational skills, and his enthusiasm, that Drew would be great to work with. Sometimes coordinators are stylish and friendly, but lack experience and the ability to make things happen seamlessly. Drew is the whole package, which made for a seamless wedding, despite the event's complicated moving parts. He even rolled up his sleeves to help move heavy furniture, further demonstrating that he's willing to go above and beyond to make the magic happen. He's a ray of sunshine on all levels. Highly suggest.

We can’t say enough good things about Andrea Green Events! We hired Andrea about 6 months before our small-ish April 2025 wedding, and at that point all we had was the venue and catering booked. She jumped right in, was super organized and professional, and really listened to our vision. She has an amazing professional network and helped us to secure vendors that were right for us, and made the whole process feel manageable and fun. And she saved us some money without sacrificing what was important to us! On the actual wedding day it rained, and though we hoped it would stop, we had to switch the ceremony indoors at the last minute. Andrea handled it like a total pro—coordinating with all the vendors and keeping our families calm and where they were supposed to be—so we didn’t have to stress about a thing. The day turned out absolutely beautiful, even better than we imagined, and we know that’s because of her. We ended up with a break in the rain immediately after the ceremony and guests were able to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery overlooking the water during the reception. We couldnt stop raving about how beautiful it all was, and our guests had a wonderful time. We didnt even know about minor hiccups with guests and vendors until weeks later because she made sure it was all handled. We truly couldn’t have done it without Andrea. If you’re thinking about hiring her, don’t hesitate, you’ll be so glad you did!
