My husband and I were very particular with our wedding venue choice and we could not be happier. As wedding photographers and videographers ourselves, we could not recommend a better option to any couples looking. Not only is the venue itself beautiful and peaceful, but hiring the manager Amanda to coordinate our wedding was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. When we were on the hunt for a venue, our priority was to find a safe space for our wedding party, friends, and family belonging to the LGBTQIA and BIPOC communities. We did not want any person feeling unsafe or singled out on our wedding day. Having this confirmed and reassured that the venue and Amanda were inclusive made everyone’s experience phenomenal. In addition to this, it was difficult finding a place that wasn’t rustic or a barn. Many of the locations that aren’t barns also didn’t fit our vibe or they were unaffordable. For this venue, you get the best of both worlds: an elegant location that also feels like home, all while being affordable with excellent payment plans available. We received so many compliments on this location from so many different people. Whether it was the elderly family members or young friends, everyone was so impressed with the space and amazed by the ballroom for the reception. The layout of the space made it so easy for a seamless day. Amanda provided insight and assistance for everything we needed and our vendors loved her. Our wedding gallery could not be more perfect, because of this space and her hard work. This is now the top venue that we recommend to our couples! We are excited to continue to come back to capture more love stories at Mountain View Gardens and Ballroom and maintain a connection with Amanda for future couples.

Starwood II Farms is an amazing venue for any occasion or event you want to have. The views are spectacular. Very country, rustic, and homey. The people(humans and fur) are what makes the place the best ever. Emily and Blair are very friendly and professional. They become part of the family not just the venue host and coordinators. The fur babies are even there to help you along the way or just to play. I highly recommend this venue more for the people you gain in your life.

The Eclectic Warehouse

Eclectic, AL
  • Up to 400 guests

  • Starts at $2,800

For over 90 years, The Warehouse has been at the center of Eclectic life. Built in 1928 for Lee Hornsby, the property has been in the family since the 1880s. It held commercial activity for cotton merchandising, lumber and hardware for 3 generations. In 1996, Aubrey Hornsby repurposed it as a social/cultural center. Its massive timbers, red brick walls, old-south charm, natural architectural comfort and grassy lawns inspire down-home livability. It has hosted The Alabama Cotton Festival, church/school events, concerts, theater, receptions and parties. Corporations have used it for photo shoots and as a sound stage. We have held over 600 events including 350 weddings. Upholding the historical structure, improvements have been made to ensure comfort and ease.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Multiple event spaces
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Has a dance floor to dance the night away

Venue considerations

  • Does not allow pets
  • Best for events with big guest lists

Awarded Best of Zola
The Eclectic Warehouse was the perfect spot for us! There is so much already done with this venue that it makes the set up and tear down process so easy! Aubrey was easy to work with and him and Shari were accommodating any time we requested to stop by. The venue has so much furniture included that we did not need to rent any additional furniture for our wedding. The space is large, open, clean, and makes for beautiful ambiance with the twinkle lights already strung. My husband loved the bourbon barrels and the rustic atmosphere. I’m so happy we booked the Warehouse!

I had my wedding at Belle Farm in November 2026 with 75-80 people. It was beautiful and the perfect day! They were so willing to work with me as I planned even adding additional hours for me and my bridesmaids to get ready! I planned my entire wedding long distance, only getting to physically see the space once before the big day, but communication was smooth and timely, and they had great recommendations for other venders who have worked with them before (venders who already knew the space made it easier because they already knew the drill: where to park and how to set up to maximize the ceremony and reception spaces). Parking was easy for both guests and caterers, the bridal suite had plenty of space even with the many people I had going in and out all day, and the groom’s suite was perfect for the men and provided a space for us to store things during the reception. The ceremony space was beautiful. It looks big, but even with only 75 people, it did not look empty. The reception lodge was perfect; I specifically loved the bar, the mixed chairs, and the twinkling lights they had there. We did our grand entrance coming down the stairs after eating a private meal up in one of the groom’s rooms and that was a lot of fun. All the tables they provided were perfect for each need whether it be food, the cake, presents, welcome decorations, etc. Finally, the entire farm was exactly what I wanted for pictures! There are so many spots with great lighting for all the pictures you could want. And even with all you could want, I love how they are committed to improve, continuously adding more small details. If you’re looking for outdoor, woodsy, romantic vibe without it looking too much like a barn wedding, this is the venue for you! (It’s also super military friendly (meaning discounts ;)) The only maybe problem would be that it is a bit outside of town and in the middle of nowhere, being 45 minutes from Birmingham, but that is to be expected if you want the quiet and open space like I did. But my guests figured out driving from Birmingham where they stayed for the weekend, so it can work!
