We truly don’t know how our wedding would have gone without Nakell. From the very beginning, she was incredibly detail-oriented, empathetic, and so easy to work with. Even when there was a major change just a month or so before our big day, she stepped in without missing a beat and handled everything with such professionalism and care. Her team is just amazing, and they even ran last minute errands for us when we were too stressed and busy to handle them ourselves. Even though she wasn’t local, her dedication and organization made it feel like she was right here the whole time. She was always there when we needed he, consistently being attentive and reassuring when we were feeling overwhelmed. I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!

Lauren was the perfect wedding planner for my wedding! Her attention to detail and knowledge of how to execute a big event was flawless. She listened to my vision and made sure the day went exactly as I pictured it. She made sure I didn’t have to think about a single thing on my wedding day, especially coordinating with all the vendors and caterers, and the entire day went smoothly because of her. She also has beautiful wedding decor rentals that we used and she made all the right suggestions for how to decorate our venue, which we didn’t feel confident doing ourselves. Ruby and Nicole were the absolute best. Ruby kept things on track and smooth during wedding planning. She asked us questions we hadn't even thought about, helped us craft a perfect tent design, coordinated with other vendors, and she was always quick to respond to all of my random questions. But where Ruby and Nicole really knocked it out of the park was on our wedding day. They did everything from setting up tables beautifully, pinning groomsmen's boutonnieres, acting as an amazing MC, and keeping the timeline moving without making anything feel too structured. Our wedding day felt so organic and effortless, but the truth is that's all because of Ruby's and Nicole's hard work. A lot of Red Canyon's reviews say this, but I feel the same -- hiring Red Canyon was the best investment for our wedding day, and it will be for yours, too!

Morgan and Aubrey did an amazing job helping us execute not only the picture perfect day from start to finish, but one that we were actually able to enjoy during the event as well. I had a wonderful experience working with Cause We Can Events for a wedding I photographed in Buena Vista, CO. They were direct and kind in their communication, and proved to be great listeners as they helped the client as well as the vendors with ease. The team at Cause We Can Events is highly creative and forward-thinking, with excellent time management skills. They were incredibly supportive and generous throughout the process, contributing greatly to making the wedding day truly special. As a fellow vendor, it's hit or miss on planners/coordinators being truly helpful and Cause We Can Events is a HIT. Book 'em!
