A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. First built in 1903 as an Episcopal church, Hay Long Chapel has stood for over 110 years. Hay Long Chapel is located just off of Main Street in historic, downtown Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. Less than an hour drive from South Nashville, Hay Long Chapel provides the perfect setting for intimate weddings, baby showers, bridal luncheons, music videos, and other boutique events. Our lawn provides the perfect backdrop for your wedding reception. We are happy to work with rental companies to ensure your outdoor event is covered from the elements.

We are a family owned farm with multiple ceremony sites, the most popular being lakeside. Our authentic 4,000 sf barn is garnished in rustic elegance for that comfortable country feel. You will enjoy the day in our beautiful climate controlled bride & groom's suites. The Barn is 4000 square foot of climate controlled space and offers two ceremony locations, the Enchanted Forest or the Garden. The Chapel is an open air Chapel for your ceremony and a open air building beside it for your reception. Each venue has it's own private entrance on the property.

Magnolia Farm offers three event spaces and 2 outdoor ceremony options for you to choose from, giving your guests' room to roam and enjoy both indoor and outdoor views, as well as an option for you and up to 22 guests to stay onsite for your wedding weekend. While we are not all inclusive at the moment, we do have an open vendor policy so you can choose what other vendors you would like to use to help make your day special!
