“First of all my Husband and I wanted our guests to be comfortable and enjoy good food and vibes and Rachel and Phyllis made that happen. They offered great food choices to which we went with food stations... my Aunt is still talking about the mac and cheese station. We tasted quite a few and you can not go wrong with any of them. My Husband is a trained chef and he was so excited about how good everything was. I mean, delicious. In honor of my Dad they also created a ice cream sandwhich station, letting me pick all the choices I wanted. I am so grateful. We got married at The California Botanical Garden in Claremont. We chose our ceremony at the California court yard and our reception at the Lewis family forest pavilion. It was perfect. Rachel and Phyllis let us walk the venue as often as needed/wanted. They worked beautifully with our vendors and our family and friends who were helping with some set up. The whole time Rachel helped me, even when she did not need to. All the way to the point that she held up the back of my dress as we were leaving so it did not get dirty. It ended up raining on my wedding night and the team got all of us covered and my guest were able to sit and be dry and enjoy all the food stations. Miracle workers. In planning they were excellent too, all the colors and different ideas of plates, napkins, etc. They helped me plan it out so well. This venture was called Grinds & Vine Coffee Bar, where the community was the most important factor of his establishment. One day Alexa came in as a guest to study and have some coffee. She was quickly mesmerized by the PB&J sandwich and their delicious cold brew options. They shared some great conversations about food and life then quickly became friends, which then blossomed into something more. Who would have ever thought a PB&J, a cold brew and a conversation would turn into love and marriage.

“Truly a remarkable experience from start to finish, they operate with such excellence! We have been using Off the Vine Dining for a couple years now. They have done intimate events with us, and some of our larger company events with hundreds of people. Brian has always been extremely helpful curating menus with me, all of the menu offerings are so fantastic that I have always had a problem selecting items. He goes above and beyond with taking in account all of our dietary restrictions that some of our guests have, he has even customized and created some menu items for us. I was so touched at one of our events when Brian overheard one of our guests say they didn't do dairy, and was able to make some small adjustments so that the guest could still enjoy every dish. That's above and beyond! Brian and his team always do a beautiful, professional, and efficient job setting up, serving, and cleaning up. The decor is stunning, they have fresh flowers and everything is presented so wonderfully. They even left my kitchen cleaner then when they arrived, I told my husband lets host an event next time we need to clean our kitchen, hahaha!! The service is always amazing, the team is so cheerful and always smiling during the events. You could tell they really loved serving people, it was such a delight to experience. Most importantly, the food is delicious and I have always received wonderful feedback from our guests who enjoyed the culinary offerings very much. Welcome. Chef Jason started out in the kitchen at 15 years old as a dishwasher at Red Lobster washing dishes and baking. From there, he worked many cook’s lines until I earned my first chef position under Emeril Lagasse over ten years ago. He's went on to operating casino kitchens, private dining clubs. Since relocating from Atlanta, GA Jason has gained experience in kitchen consulting and new restaurant openings. After 25 years in the industry, He is now starting a new journey into the Private Chef sector. He refers to his style of cooking as Southern Creole cooking, where it’s much more than cooking…it’s about the overall experience.
