Sam was hands down the best person to have coordinate my wedding. She was efficient, punctual, trustworthy, and so unconditionally kind. As the DIY bride that I was, it was hard for me to trust others with understanding my vision. Well, I barely had to describe some details to her and she just “got it”! Let me elaborate. Due to timing, my group was unable to decorate the ceremony space day before as planned. It was a huge stressor of mine because no other party members were able to do it for me. When Sam came to run our rehearsal instead of asking me “what do you want me to do?” She asked me, “what is stressing you out”. That question was way easier for me to come up with an answer for than the million possible tasks I could have had her do. I told her how the ceremony space not being decorated before the wedding day terrified me, because I would have to have my groomsmen do it, and not be able to see it before walking down the aisle. Sam calmly responded “I got you”. Somehow she said exactly what I needed to hear. Saturday when she arrived, she decorated the entire space, and not once did I worry about it again. The first time I saw the ceremony space was, in fact, when I walked down the aisle. It took my breath away She, somehow, was able to coral my groomsmen, communicate with vendors when I couldn't, and allow my day to flow smoothly. There was not one request I had that Sam responded with any resistance, a no, or made me think any part of my vision was impossible. She offered solutions and constructive criticism in a professional and loving way. If you know me, I tend to be anxious and strive for perfection. Sam strives for perfection and has such a calm disposition. This is why we were the perfect match. I am also a bridal hair stylist/ makeup artist. So I understand the chaos behind weddings. I loved her from a client perspective, but I also pray I get to work with her as a fellow vendor soon. My other vendors expressed how lovely and organized she was. I could go on forever about how amazing and crucial she was to the success of our wedding. But, unfortunately there is a character limit. So, I will leave you with this. She is wonderful. She is precise. She is sweet. She is worth EVERY PENNY of your investment. You will not regret anything. Brooke once told me during one of our many consultations, that the name of her business was “practically perfect” because nothing is ever 100% perfect, but her goal is to get it as close as possible. I didn’t realize how right she would be. First off the vendors she chose- the catering, the dj, the hair and makeup artist, the bartender, the florist… every single one of these vendors came through in a big way for me! They all knocked it out of the park, and that’s mostly because of Brooke! She knew what she was doing when she chose them, and she handled pretty much all of the communication. I just had to give approval and tell them exactly what I wanted, and Brooke made sure that happened. You just have to trust that you chose her for a reason and that she is going to make the right decisions. Every single thing about my day exceeded my expectations. Now let’s talk about her professionalism. I had someone at my wedding be… not so nice to her. Not Brooke’s fault. She handled it with grace and professionalism both during and after the situation, and made sure it caused as little of a hiccup as possible during my day. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me that Brooke was there for me every single step of the way taking care of things. Candice was a life saver for our wedding. She did our planning, coordination and florals and decor. She was prompt with all communication, thorough and detail oriented throughout the entire planning process. We got married during an unexpected tropical storm and plans changed quickly, what was meant to be an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour got moved into the ballroom for the reception. She was amazing at pivoting to make the day run seamlessly and like it was all planned indoors. My florals and decor were a dream!!! Everything I could have hoped for and more. Planning our wedding bicoastally from NYC to Thousand Oaks was quite an adventure, made entirely possible thanks to XOXO Weddings. We spent two years planning virtually, and from our first meeting with Regan, we knew we had found the perfect fit. Warm, organized, and enthusiastic, Regan was an essential part of our planning process. We connected over our shared Leo energy, and she truly exceeded all our expectations. With the partial planning package including design elements, Regan created stunning mood boards that wowed our vendors and answered all my Type A questions with patience and precision. She was incredibly supportive throughout, making the planning process something we genuinely looked forward to. We loved our regular meetings and were genuinely sad when the process was over—not just because our wedding day had come to an end, but because it meant we wouldn't see her every other week. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, and it was absolutely flawless. Regan handled any hiccups like a seasoned pro, and we received countless compliments from vendors and guests alike on how smoothly everything ran. She was so accommodating of our trickier requests, such as having our candy bar shipped from NYC to LA, and she was with us every step of the way—from site visits and tastings to the rehearsal and early on the wedding day. Her communication was impeccable, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Regan was the last person to leave, making sure we went home with all our cards, attire, leftover food, and even some flowers. I had the pleasure of connecting with Lori 2 months before my wedding. I was doing majority of everything myself from a completely different state so it was very hard and stressful. Once we connected she took so much off my plate. She connected with vendors I wasn’t able to find on my own, she set up everything for my ceremony and reception beautifully. She needed very little direction she just did her thing and did not disappoint. She heard my vision and executed to her expertise. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Hi there! I'm Michelle, owner of Glamorous Weddings. I spend so much time with my clients, I like to get to know them better, individually and as a couple. In late December 2009, I started working for an online bridal shop selling wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses, and accessories. The online side grew and quickly turned into a storefront and an online division. I was able to work hands-on with brides helping them feel beautiful and finding the perfect dress! In 2010 one of my good friends got married. She was expecting family to come in with speakers for the reception but found out a couple of hours beforehand that they weren't coming.

Glamorous Weddings helped plan and coordinate my wedding. I could not imagine the day without Michelle. She truly made it perfect. I knew when I got engaged, I wanted to hire a coordinator to help execute the wedding day. Michelle does so much more. From the moment we started talking she started helping deal with planning tasks and making me think of many things I had not thought of. She had an answer to every question I had and many I would have never thought of. Throughout the whole planning process I always felt that I had someone I could go to and no question was deemed unimportant. Our rehearsal went so smoothly and everyone knew what to expect the day of. Michelle took much of the stress of wedding planning out of the planning. From the useful planning tools she provides to the very detailed timeline, everything is thought of. The day of the wedding, Michelle made sure that the bridal party and our family had absolutely nothing to worry about. She executed our vision perfectly for the decor. I walked out and saw our reception area and was stunned! The day was truly perfect down to the last detail and it would not have been anywhere as amazing as it was without Michelle and her assistant Carrie! When small issues arose, Michelle quickly took care of them without having it impact our day as the bride and groom. Talking with Michelle is like talking to a friend and having someone who so quickly feels like a friend be a part of such an intimate and important day truly makes a difference. I would recommend anyone I know getting married to work with Michelle and Glamorous Weddings.
