“starting by saying the people were so incredibly kind and hypes everyone up on the big day. So happy to have worked with them through this process. I included 2 photos 1 is 2 hours after my makeup and the other is 10 hours later and after wearing a motorcycle helmet. The makeup stays on very well! Prices listed out at the bottom of the review BUT the misses here are in the details: 1) trial was not the same as day of - my hair should have been EXACTLY the same I asked for no changes and it was different in the back. When putting my crown on she also did nit hide the plastic clip and it was visible in many pictures. makeup was updated according to my asks and that was great. 2) communication was just okay. I had to ask the night before where & when my appointment was for my trail. there was no comms during the waiting period. I thought the team would reach out for photos of bridesmaids or at least Pinterest ideas? 3) Not using luxury product - don't get me wrong I don't care but this is what was advertised and my artist was using loreal, elf, etc. still good products just not where my expectations were 4) seemed rushed? one girl was supposed to be at another job but accidently got booked for her 'weekend gig'. I don't think that affected her abilities just a note. again overall a good experience just didnt meet expectations Price: H / M Bride 250 / 250 Trial: 200 / 200 Bridesmaid 200/200 Travel fee: 75 / per artist”

She replied within the day asking a couple questions about what I required etc and later advised she had availability for my wedding day and sent me all the information on how to book along with the price for the day. Adriana advised she has a hairstylists that she uses if I wanted to add on and gave me all the information about that, I declined at first and then added on the following week which was super easy and stress free - exactly what I needed. The booking process was easy, via a website where I left the deposit and eventually paid the entire balance on the day. The day before the booking she messaged me reminding me on the booking and then messaged me the day of letting me know when she arrived at my hotel so I met her and Katherine (hair stylist) in the hotel lobby. Both Adriana and Katherine were super friendly and easy going, they both listened to what I envisioned my look to me for the day - soft glam and curled yet slick back hair. After showing a couple of inspiration pictures they began their magic. They were both talking to me during the process to get to know me and visa versa. Their professionalism and artistry was completely unmatched. When they had completed my look I was passed the mirror and all the worries left my body, no words could describe how beautiful I look. They absolutely nailed the brief and I couldn’t have been happier. This whole process was super easy and stress free, especially because I was flying in from the UK”

She used the clips I brought and came fully prepared with all her equipment. My mom and sister’s hairstyles looked fabulous too. A few weeks out, we were disappointed to learn she no longer offers makeup services, which had been part of our contract, and unfortunately we didn’t have time to find a replacement within budget.
