    I was extremely disappointed with Mystify Music Service at our wedding. Our photographer actually had to step in to tell them when to make announcements and what to do next because they hadn’t even reviewed our wedding plan ahead of time. My wife had emailed a list of special requests and instructions before the wedding, but the DJs who showed up had no idea about any of them. One of those requests was to surprise a guest by announcing a specific karaoke song at a certain time — instead, they told the guest right away and completely ruined the surprise. They didn’t have several of the songs we requested downloaded and said they couldn’t get them. Many of our must-play songs were never played, and they repeated the same songs over and over — one even three times in a row. We had requested mostly country music and artists like Morgan Wallen, but they played other genres instead. The karaoke feature didn’t display lyrics, the DJs didn’t keep the crowd entertained, and overall the music felt repetitive, unorganized, and awkward. The lapel microphones we paid extra for didn’t work either. To top it off, their lack of awareness and energy made things uncomfortable, and several guests even commented on how unprofessional they seemed. Professionalism, preparation, and communication are key for a wedding, and unfortunately Mystify Music Service failed in all three. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth or enjoyable experience.
