Getting to know you with the desire to personalize your entertainment, not simply customize, is a large part of where creativity comes from, and not just mine, but yours as well! I love to offer many suggestions and ideas for your event but also find it just as important to hear your "unique" and "awesome" ideas.

Upbeat’s philosophy is more than a simple playlist of music, a microphone & an MC! Instead, it’s how a room full of people are made to feel and experience during a celebration. These are many key components that make up a celebration and a truly "upbeat" party! Upbeat occasions comes from more than “just music”. It’s the personal connection with you before your party that helps inspire and create a unique blend of music and entertainment that reflects YOU, and allows for all the aspects that will make it a memorable occasion.

    Chris was so nice and easy to work with from start to finish. He kept the energy up and the dance floor full all night long! We were able to share a list of songs ahead of time and coordinate the timing of special moments like our ceremony processional, entrances, and first dance, which all went perfectly. We also booked our photo booth through the same company, which made coordination super easy and seamless. Everything went off without a hitch, and we couldn’t have been happier with the music and flow of the night.

    I had one request for Caroline and that was to keep the dance floor packed the whole night, and SHE DELIVERED!! We danced all night long and had so much fun. I can't recommend Caroline and Upbeat Occasions enough!! If 10 stars was a rating I would give her 10!

    Caroline was the DJ at my wedding in the beginning of august and the whole entire process from meeting her the first time, to building the playlist, to the final meeting and big day, was so easy and fun! She always checked In with us to see if we had any questions along the way and how we were feeling. Throughout the event she would check in and ask questions to make sure we were okay with guest requests and other things that were going on. I couldn’t suggest a better DJ. The music was everything we hoped for and more. Do not hesitate to have Caroline/upbeat occasions for your wedding. You will not regret!!

    Caroline from Upbeat Occasions was amazing throughout the whole planning process! She has an incredibly helpful online wedding/music planner to help keep you organized and really give her a vibe of what you like to listen too. She couldn’t have been any easier or nicer to work with! All of our guests loved her! Her transitions from song to song at the ceremony and reception were flawless. We had people on the dance floor all night, which shows how great Caroline was. I cannot say enough amazing things about her! Book her - you won’t regret it!
