    The whole team at Bissou made our wedding amazing! Their coordinators- Esther & Ty made me feel so taken care of the entire night of our wedding and the week leading up. We had them handle the coordination, florals, cake, bartending, and full catering, and the whole experience was fantastic! We had a wedding of around 80 guests, and there was plenty of food, and it was delicious. The cake was wonderful, and the platter they made for our cocktail hour was custom Greek and sooo good! The only thing is that Chef T sometimes can be hard to reach, so I would definitely work with Esther as his main point of contact/coordinator. However, he is so lovely and sweet, and his food is fabulous!

    Chef T and our wedding planner, Ester were excellent at communication, keeping us informed on what was next. Bissou was a professional, very direct, and helpful catering team. Chef T made sure my husband and I did not miss our cocktail appetizers, and he came with my extra desserts when my baker was unable to fulfill it. Ester the wedding planner made me feel so special and ensured a smooth wedding day. From the tasting menu, Chef T really impressed us with the food, and his team delivered amazing service from the kitchen to the bar area. My guests are still raving about the food!

    This company completely ruined my wedding night. After an excellent initial tasting session, we decided to hire them, but things quickly went downhill from there. We tried to email and call for a follow-up conversation with our chef, but they never responded. Eventually, I had to drive to his house just to confirm the company was real and that we hadn't been scammed. We paid over 6,000 for the catering, only to have the chef show up late and missing two of our entrées, several appetizers, and our full-sized wedding cake. Worse still, the falafel was dry and the rest of the food was not seasoned at all. To make matters worse, when we disputed the charge due to their poor service, they recharged our card without any explanation or contact. After the wedding, we tried to reach out to discuss their failures, but they were completely unresponsive. Despite their claims of having a legitimate headquarters, it seems to be nonexistent. This company was a complete disaster and I would not recommend them to anyone.

    We had our wedding ceremony during Covid and we didn’t want to do the courthouse so we had a small ceremony at home with brunch catered by Bissou it was a great experience and my guest were happy with all the food choices especially with the omelette bar I would definitely book again.
