I started Archdale out of a love for the craft of cocktails and the art of gathering. What began as mixing drinks for friends around my kitchen island turned into a passion for designing meaningful experiences around the glass. Every event is a chance to slow things down, to serve with intention, and to bring people together. Based in Plymouth, Archdale blends design, hospitality, and care to create cocktail experiences that feel both elevated and deeply personal.

Archdale isn’t just a bartending service. It’s cocktail design. We obsess over the details that most people miss — the balance of flavor, the beauty of presentation, and the quiet rhythm of hospitality. Our goal isn’t just to serve drinks; it’s to create a moment that feels intentional, crafted, and alive.     Archdale's bar services and beverages were fantastic for our party. Their communication style was very calm, clear, friendly and fun - they truly seemed to enjoy the work they were doing. The quality of their service was excellent, as they were very hard workers, attentive to the needs of our guests, and got drink orders right the first time. They helped connect so many of our guests and made everyone feel welcome and at ease. I highly recommend Archdale for their fantastic drinks (the best I've ever had!), their personable, attentive, and friendly service, and how they helped all of our guests feel connected to the Party. You will be so happy to choose them to serve whatever party or event!

    Sean curated the cocktail menu to our tastes and requests for our annual Christmas party, and the results were beyond our expectations.
