Baked By Max
Maxine is the Pastry Chef behind Baked By Max. She attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and received her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts. Once graduated, Maxine returned to the Seattle area to work in local bakeries to master her skills. She created Baked By Max in 2020 and has grown to provide delicious desserts to the Greater Seattle area.
Baked By Max is passionate about making delicious desserts that are available to everyone. Food allergies have become increasingly more prevalent in our society and Baked By Max is dedicated to making desserts that can cater to food allergies ranging from dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan.

Baked By Max was a fantastic vendor for our wedding cake and desserts. Her communication was always helpful and fast, which put us at ease during the planning process. Max is dedicated to her craft - the cake she created for us was not only delicious, but beautifully presented at the reception. The setup provided was seamless and added a lovely finishing touch to our special day. Max knows how to maximize delicious, and minimize food barriers. Those delicious dessert table picture's.., that gorgeous cake.... With her scientist magic she can make your culinary delights to suit your dietary needs. Not too mention she is the sweetest, and fantastic at communication!
Your wedding isn’t complete without Max!
Max made our wedding cake. We wanted to replicate my grandparents wedding cake and she exceeded all our expectations. It was beautiful and exactly what we imagined, not to mention the cake/frosted tasted amazing. She was great and quick at communicating, was down to earth and welcoming, and made sure our dreams came true. Thanks, Max!!!
Excellent baked goods for High Tea events
As a relatively new venue in the Buckley area offering High Tea in the Lavender field we have found working with Baked by Max to be a pleasure. Guests enjoy the beautifully decorated cakes, cookies, scones and breads and we appreciate the excellent quality and professional service.
