Owner and Catering Director

We are breaking into the California market bringing the flavor and delectable Southern Louisiana Creole/Cajun cuisine adding a twist to the standard American gourmet cuisine. Providing the same dishes we are all familiar with, but with an extra twist. We are inviting others to experience the true taste of the south where delicious food and service is a staple. Our dishes aren't just pretty, the food is actually delicious.

Authenticity and creativity in food menu creations, is what sets us apart from any other caterer. We use special herbs and spices not readily available in the area which is our secret to being different.

Sample catered weddings

The bride chose a floral color scheme with rich hues of peach, pink and yellow. The bride is American and the groom is from Central America and the bride is a kidney transplant recipient and to be able to bring her vision to life after all of her medical challenges was a pleasure and honor to do.
