My charcuterie and grazing business started with my love for entertaining and always finding ways to include a wow factor during in-home gatherings. Growing up, my family hosted lots of gatherings where I would see my mom put time and attention to her hospitality in providing variety and my father ensuring that everything tastes great. This love, in making sure the perfect tone was set, was the foundation for my interest in entertaining which has followed me through all stages in my life.
