Dear Kendra, We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. However, there are several significant inaccuracies in your statement that we feel must be corrected. To begin with, your wedding had not yet occurred at the time these accusations were made and stull has yet to occur, making the claim that we “ruined your wedding” not only is premature but entirely unfounded. Despite the circumstances, you were issued a full refund—even though your balance had not yet been paid in full and it was past due. We did this in good faith, with the goal of allowing you to move forward with other arrangements without financial burden. We did our best to assist with planning details, and a separate wedding coordinator was never included in the services contracted. We were transparent about the scope of what was included and responded to your questions promptly. We also provided staffing recommendations and even helped you find people to fill in when things changed last minute, going above and beyond our contractual obligations, as well as sending you information and lists that your other vendors had not provided to help you. At no point was your contract arbitrarily “canceled.” Due to unresolved planning issues and lack of timely communication in the final days, we expressed concern about proceeding without the necessary coordination in place—especially when we were still awaiting payment. These concerns were communicated respectfully and professionally. We take pride in the service we provide and have supported countless successful events with integrity and care. While we regret that your experience was not what you had hoped for, we believe it’s important to clarify the full context—especially when we made every effort to accommodate your situation, even at a loss.
