Their team's creativity and attention to detail truly blew us away - the food they prepared was not only delicious, but they also helped us design and spice up our specialty cocktails, going above and beyond to make our day special. As an added bonus, they traveled all the way from their Dallas-area kitchen to our venue in Galveston, providing everything we needed to make our wedding reception a huge success.     She takes her time with food and you can tell by how it taste. Her traditional dishes are to die for. Overall her personality and understanding is what got me. I asked and she delivers. I encourage everyone to try Zola.

    Wonderful experience working with Chef_Mbosiem on 6/01/24. Wedding party with 237 guests. Food was great and presented nicely, appetizing, mouth watering. My Husband ended up asking for a to go plate. Chef Mbosiem were awesome to work with and were diligent in making sure the guests were being cared for. Could not have asked for a nicer evening and plan to use her again for my baby shower.
