I've been cooking for over 20yrs. I'm self-taught,although I've had some training under an experienced chef. Cooking became a passion I didn't know I had until I started learning to make food from scratch. Learning different techniques and seasoning to make the food more enjoyable really intrigued me. Cooking makes me happy. I love seeing the enjoyment on people's face when they experience my food.

Im all about communication and making sure the client gets what they want and need to make their special day as happy and stress free as possible. I have a passion for providing an excellent catering service; including thorough planning, flexibility to accommodate special requests or changes, and attentiveness to detail.
