I create sound baths around your unique connection, giving you and your guests space to slow down, breathe, and arrive fully into the weekend. Whether a quiet, grounding pause just for you two or a shared gathering to welcome loved ones, each session is crafted to open hearts, calm minds, and allow the mind and body to simply be present in the moment. To elevate the experience, I also offer the option of a signature scent, crafted to reflect your favorite fragrance notes, that can be added to enhance the atmosphere and foster a deeper sense of presence.

Our guests were welcomed with an incredible sound bath experience nestled among the pine trees on the rooftop above the pool — the perfect way to ground everyone and set a calm, intentional tone for the weekend. Ariana, the owner of Open Haven, created an atmosphere that felt deeply personal to us as a couple — even crafting a custom scent (pine & rose) that she used during the sound bath and gifted to our guests afterward. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful touch that everyone is still talking about. Her ability to create connection, presence, and serenity through sound is unmatched.     My experience with Open Haven was incredible. I had a sound bath for a charity wellness event and Ariana made it an awesome experience. I’ve never felt so relaxed and in tune with my body.     Ariana facilitated a sound bath for my team at work. She was so thoughtful and flexible leading up to the event, accommodating all of our asks. The sound bath itself was so relaxing and beautiful, her energy was incredibly calm and healing and all of us left the event feeling more grounded and grateful.
