    Avent Productions (Arti) is simply the best wedding planning team we could have asked for. From the very first meeting, Arti's communication style was direct, confident, thoughtful and caring - she always responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. Arti has a magical way of taking your vision and elevating it in ways you would never imagine. She never says "we can't do that", but instead says "let's make that happen". On the day of our event, we were able to completely relax knowing Arti was by our side every step of the way, ensuring every detail was perfect. I highly, highly recommend Avent Productions - Arti should teach a masterclass in event planning. She is truly the best in the business.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Avent Productions and, especially, Arti. Arti helped me produce my very first gala, and what she delivered went far beyond anything I could have imagined. We sold out the event, welcomed over 250 guests throughout the night, and raised more than 100,000 — and the level of AV, production, and overall execution was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’ve attended countless weddings, corporate events, conferences, and large-scale productions over the years, and I can say without hesitation that Arti blew them all out of the water. Her attention to detail, calm leadership, and absolute mastery of sound, lighting, staging, and flow elevated the entire evening. She didn’t just run AV — she helped shape the emotional arc of the night. What stood out most was how deeply she cared. Arti went above and beyond at every turn, anticipating needs before they were voiced, staying present and engaged the entire time, and treating our mission as if it were her own. When you’re producing something meaningful and high-stakes for the first time, having someone like Arti in your corner is priceless.     I can’t begin to describe how impressed we were with Avent Productions!! Arti is a consummate professional, she dots every i and crosses every t !! Arti was so thorough, and was a wonderful organizer. She laid out our event on paper like an architect! Our gala was beautifully decorated and a super success thanks to Arti!! Her planning calls were detailed, and her delegation of duties was spot on. The best company I have ever worked with!!!
