Just do yourself a favor and hire Shawna
Best money we spent on our wedding was hiring Shawna as our day of coordinator. She was awesome meeting with us pre-wedding. She listened well to our wants and vision for the wedding. She was very professional and timely to all the meetings as well, which is greatly appreciated in the planning of a wedding. During the rehearsal she gave us pointers and made sure to handle all of our bridal party, which is no easy task. Day of is where she really thrived. She was awesome organizing the party, the flowers, the bar, and even brought us a dance floor! Where Shawna really thrived is when we lost our caterer due to a certain government agency. She stayed calm under pressure, and went to the store to get us cups, plates, napkins, and even picked up pizza at the last minute. Your wedding day is an absolute blur with so many people needing to be put in certain places and you need somebody to be the manager of that day. Shawna is the best person you could put in that position. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have Shawna the day of your wedding.

Shawna is the best!!! I knew from our very first meeting that we had made the right decision hiring her as our wedding coordinator. She has such a positive vibe, and is so knowledgable. She made a thorough timeline for us and reached out to all our vendors to make sure everything was in place for a smooth wedding weekend. When we got to Breckenridge, she made sure everything stayed on track, all with a smile on her face. She was always so kind and positive, and never showed that she was stressed. I could not recommend her enough!! I seriously am so thankful for Shawna, we would not have been able to do it without her!!

Shawna was one of the best vendors we hired for our wedding day. We hired her for day of coordination, but she helped so much more than the day. She is so organized and starts meeting with you months before the wedding. She put together the entire timeline of the event, coordinated with other vendors leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was set up according to how I wanted it all to look. She even last minute rented us and delivered/installed a danceloof. The day of our wedding, everything went seamlessly and ran on time. She also brings so much positive energy to the event. 10/10 would use Shawna again and recommend her to everyone.

Shawna was an amazing vendor and person to have throughout our wedding planning journey and our wedding day. She navigated a million and one questions from the bride, and bumped up her timeline when asked (because the bride is such a planner herself). Shawna was extremely helpful on our wedding day with coordinating the wedding decor, wedding prep, venue's staff, and getting us through a rain and lightning delay (thank you, mountain wedding). We could not recommend you book her for your wedding more, and her pricing is very fair - as you get well above what you pay for!

As with any mountain wedding, we always keep a few backup plans in our back pocket—and sure enough, with a little lightning in the forecast, we delayed guest arrival just long enough for the skies to clear. Right on cue, the sun came out, creating the perfect backdrop for your gorgeous outdoor ceremony. From hilarious touches like the cake’s funny images to a dance floor that stayed full all night, it was a day none of us will forget. I’m so grateful I could be part of it!
