Let me share with you about the Owner & Creative Designer of Fete Events. Originally from Los Angele's Carolyn Mercado has a warm personality that makes you feel at ease when working with her. With her extensive experience in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Styling, Business Mind & Event Coordinating Carolyn took her experience and vision to create her own company, Fête Events. Carolyn’s combination of energy & organization makes each of her events stand out among the rest. She combines her corporate training, design background with her amazing attention to detail, which creates timeless and unforgettable unique celebrations.

She brings a wealth of experience and ideas, yet matches each event or wedding to the bride & groom's personal style. It is important that your event reflects you, & is exactly what you want it to be. Whether it's a beach, Formal affair, or theme wedding, we will take your vision and bring it to life. With our extensive network of vendors, Fête Events will make sure your event is just what you have always dreamed of.     If you are undecided on a coordinator, just stop here. Carolyn made our wedding day the most perfect stress free experience. Any hiccups that happened she took care of without having my husband and I getting involved to worry. She communicated with us monthly up until the wedding to make sure we were on track with getting everything done and always offered to help with anything if we needed it. The timeline she made for us was perfect. We even finished early with pictures before our ceremony giving us even more time than intended to touch up and relax before the big moment. The set up looked better than I had pictured, thanks to her. I really can’t say enough great things about her, truly, she’s the best! She is the sweetest superwoman who does it all. 100/10, go with Fete Events!!

    From our first meeting with Carolyn, we knew we were in good hands - my wedding stress immediately subsided. Carolyn was incredibly on top of it, resourceful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire wedding planning process. Their thorough, creative approach was an absolute life saver - Fete Events had so many helpful tips and tricks, and they perfectly set up all of the decorations with limited direction from us. We wouldn't have been able to pull off our special day without her expertise and dedication. We HIGHLY recommend Fete Events for a wedding planner that will go above and beyond.

    Carolyn was a god send for us in so many ways. We recently had a very DIY wedding with 120 guests, so as you can imagine there was a TON of work involved. Carolyn was with us every step of the way, from booking vendors, negotiating contracts, to-do lists, timeline and floorplans, you name it. But where she really shined is once we were there with her on the property. We had a million little details to think about and Carolyn was on top of it all. Many times before I even had to ask. She gave us the capability to actually relax and enjoy ourselves in the days leading up to the wedding, which we expected we would have had to be working the whole time. We were blown away by her hustle and work ethic, and even more-so, how she maintained a super positive attitude throughout it all. She was a delight to work with and helped us throw the wedding of our dreams. The same goes for her assistant! Amazing! There's so much more I can say, but just know, she is a true pro through and through and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire her.
