Rest assured, you’ll meet everyone involved in your event ahead of time to ensure they align with your vision and expectations. I believe in building a team that fits you just right." If it's a wedding, we might start several months in advance with vision casting and vendor scouting, then ramp up with final details closer to the big day. For rehearsal dinners or showers, the timeline can be shorter—maybe a few planning sessions over a few weeks. And of course, day-of coordination means I’m on-site to make the magic run smoothly. But the real value isn't just hours spent—it's how deeply we connect with your story and how effortlessly the event reflects you.
