Inspired by our client's unique personalities and ideas, we act as the architect, interior designer, and general contractor for every event we produce.

I have worked in the event industry since 2009. I take pride in my unique ability to create memorable, entertaining, and customized events, combining seasoned knowledge with inspiration and ingenuity to strategically bring creative ideas to life. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without Catalina. I had this vision for a whimsical, coastal New England wedding, and when I tried to pull it together myself, it ended up looking totally off. Catalina stepped in and immediately understood what I was going for. She communicated perfectly with the florist, adjusted the color palette, and elevated every detail. She has such an incredible eye for design and a calm, confident presence that made the whole process feel easy. She is a fast communicator and so on top of everything. I truly don’t know how she does it! She brought my dream wedding to life and I truly couldn’t have done it without her!

Catalina was a fantastic wedding planner to lead the charge designing and executing on our dream wedding in Fall 2024. Catalina helped us stay focused on the important decisions, managed the vendor relationships, created a design and theme for our wedding, helped us troubleshoot problems, and managed all the set up and removal of decor at a beautiful botanical garden in Providence, RI. We found Catalina at a wedding expo and are thrilled we were able to make that connection just at the right time when planning started to get overwhelming. We went a little over budget but Catalina was conscious of budget throughout the entire process. She helped us identify expensive items that we could live without and found opportunities to add color and pop to decor and enhance the guest experience with low dollar suggestions. The additional expense were decisions we felt strongly about including in our wedding experience. Catalina has great vendor connections and stepped in with recommendations when we struggled to find vendors on our own.
